Jessica Simpson was upset by a Burger King ad that aired on FOX NFL Sunday on October 11, which show Tony Romo Dallas Cowboys teammates making fun of a fat Jessica Simpson. Marion Barber said in the commercial:

“Man, I still can’t believe Tony dated Jessica Simpson, even after she blew up bigger than (teammate) Flozell Adams!”

Jason Witten then said:

“Unlike Tony, at least Jessica comes up big when it counts!”

Coach Wade Phillips then said:

“Say Tony, is Jessica around? We could use a defensive tackle!”

FOX released this statement:

"Burger King Corp. [the sponsors] did not have any editorial input in the creation of the animation that ran last Sunday, and no one from Burger King Corp. approved it before it aired. Upon reflection, our poor attempt at humor was insensitive and we deeply apologize to anyone who might have been offended."

We all know who got offended. Before Jessica got all fat they used to do skits on how dumb she is, allegedly is. Take a look at the Mad TV skit below. The Burger King ad seems pretty weak compared to the thrashing Jessica got from Mad TV.

The Burger King has released his new men’s body spray called Flame which is described as “the scent of seduction with a hint of flame-broiled meat.” It may seem like a joke, but Flame body spray for men went on sale two days ago for $4 a bottle, at Rickey’s, a New York City retailer, and on the web at firemeetsdesire.com.

Most men might opt to simply eat a Whopper before a big date, rather than use something artificial like Flame to attract females. Of course, canines might be more attracted to the scent than lovely ladies.

An employee at the Burger King in Xenia, Ohio, took a bath in the sink of the restaurant. Once the video hit the internet, County Health Commissioner, Mark McDonnell saw it, and Burger King fired the guy in the sink, and the person who video taped the guy taking a bath in the sink. Burger King said the sink is now sterilized.

A friend of mine was stabbed to death in a Burger King. That tragedy, coupled with this bizarre behavior, just reinforces my decision to never eat at Burger King again. And then there’s those weird Burger King commercials. They give me the shivers.
