Scott Aukerman Confirms Bruno and Eminem Stunt was Staged

Scott Aukerman, a writer who helped put together the Sunday MTV Movie Awards, confirmed that Sacha Baron Cohen, in character as Bruno, putting his butt into the face of Eminem was all staged and rehearsed before the show:
"Yes, the Eminem-Bruno incident was staged. They rehearsed it at dress rehearsal and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show."
We know now Eminem can act well enough to fool some people.
Paris Hilton was asked first to do the stunt with Bruno, but she declined. It wasn’t that she was opposed to having a sack on her chin, it’s that she didn’t want to see something she can’t have.
Bruno Lands on the Face of Eminem at MTV Awards

At the MTV Awards Sacha Baron Cohen (37), in character as Bruno, landed his buttocks directly on face of Eminem (36) to his disgust and surprise. Eminem responded with:
"Are you serious? Are you f***ing serious?"
It took a minute for Eminem to get some help. Celebrities in the audience were laughing their butts off. Eminem looked very unhappy as he stormed out.
Some are speculating that Eminem was in on the joke, because the cameras seemed to be perfectly positioned from every angle to catch the joke, but Eminem looked upset to us. Eminem should really learn to take a joke better, and learn to better handle being a public spectacle, afterall all his best songs, and music videos, make fun of other people at their expense, and make him a lot of money. The audience seemed to really appreciate seeing Eminem get a taste of his own bitter medicine.
Cohen was the toast of the town by most, but one girl who walked by him at the Chateau Marmont hotel after the MTV Awards said to Cohen:
"You’re disgusting."
So true, but to those who have been the butt of Eminem’s jokes, it was a delight to see Eminem get a butt in his face for once. Check the video with all the action below.

Sacha Baron Cohen Stages Gay Cage Fights

Sacha Baron Cohen, playing his new gay character Bruno for his new movie, lured thousands of people in Arkansas to caged fighting with an ad that was titled Blue Collar Brawlin, and offered $1 beer, hot chicks, and hardcore fights. The fights were staged at both Texarkana and Fort Smith on consecutive days.
The cage fighters didn’t exactly fight as expected. One of the fighters called himself Straight Dave who wore camouflage. Both opponents ripped each other’s clothes off, then once they were in their underwear, they began to kiss down their opponent’s chest.
The audience at Fort Smith got so upset they threw chairs and beer at the cage fighters, according to a cop who was there for security.
Cohen’s character Bruno is a gay Austrian journalist who interviews subjects about fashion and entertainment.
