A British escort agency is using the image of Eva Longoria purporting her name is Valentina on their website. The same thing happened to Brenda Song back in April and she sued.

Brenda Song filed suit against Vibe Media for "illegally and shamelessly" using her picture for an escort service ad. She’s asking for $100,000 in damages. The person who is really upset with Vibe Media is the guy who called the ad, and someone who didn’t look like the girl in the picture showed up at his door.

Brenda Song, star of Disney’s Suite Life of Zack & Cody, is pictured in an escort ad in the back of LA Weekly. Disney lawyers contacted the escort service and said:

"This is an unauthorized use of Brenda Song’s image and her personal attorney has issued a cease and desist to the advertiser."

Song holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, so she could probably knock some sense into the escort agency all by herself. As for the misleading ad, buyer beware.
