Brandon Davis has moved on from torturing Lindsay "Firecrotch" Lohan to a new target: Nicole Richie. The disturbingly sweaty oil heir showed up the other night to the party for the new Diane von Furstenberg limited-edition T-Mobile Sidekick 3 party in the Mr. Chow parking lot in L.A. and made a beeline for his pal Paris Hilton and Richie – who recently made up. Paris and Nicole were "throwing rose petals around while Debbie Harry performed" and all was well – until "Brandon snapped," our spy said. "He turned to Nicole and poked his finger at her and repeatedly screamed, ’[Bleep] you! [Bleep] you! [Bleep] you!’ at her until she left."

Only heir Brandon Davis appears to be running out of reserves. Though he made fun of Lindsay "Firecrotch" Lohan, scoffing that she "only" had $7 million, the grandson of supposed billionaire Marvin Davis bounced a $10,000 check he gave to "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis, and he’s also said to owe record producer Scott Storch and The Palm casino owner George Maloof. Other clues the Davis clan isn’t as liquid as was believed: Brandon’s aunt, Patty Davis Raynes, is suing the family for more inheritance; his grandmother, Barbara, sold the family’s estate in Beverly Hills for close to $42 million; and sources say Nancy Davis (Brandon’s mom) is quietly selling her Bel Air home for around $15 million. Before Brandon told Page Six, "[Bleep] you," and hung up, he explained that his check had bounced because he was switching banks and that he’d paid Francis back in cash (which Francis denies). The check, a copy of which was obtained by Page Six, states it was refused for "insufficient funds." The family still has enough money for a spokesman, who told us, "There is no truth to these rumors." But he wouldn’t comment on specific allegations.

Spies were at Hyde in Hollywood Monday night and watched Brandon Davis brawl with actor Eric Chirstian Olsen inside the club. It’s unclear what set them off, but it didn’t matter to the bouncers. Davis and Olsen were promptly ejected from the joint.

Only four days after getting punched in the face by Kevin Connolly – more than once! – Brandon Davis was ready to rumble again. This time Zach Braff was his target, an insider says. The two were hanging out on opposite sides of LA hot spot Hyde on Sept. 25 when Lindsay Lohan arrived and tensions mounted. “Zach got up to talk to Lindsay,” the eyewitness says. “They hugged and had a moment. They were laughing and smiling.”

It seems the interaction between Zach and Linds, whom Brandon has insulted publicly in the past, had Brandon fuming. When Zach and Brandon bumped into each other at the bar, ”There was an exchange of words,” says the eyewitness. “It got louder and louder. Friends from both sides tried to intervene. Brandon got increasingly angry and insisted that Zach and his friends leave, saying to security, ‘Get these guys out now!’ ” Donald Faison, Zach’s Scrubs co-star, tried to subdue Brandon, but three of Zach’s friends got booted from the club anyway. Soon after, Brandon left laughing while Zach stayed with Donald until closing. I think Brandon desperately needs anger management classes.

Brandon Davis has been spending so much time with Nicky Hilton lately that its been looking more like he’s her boyfriend than Kevin Connolly is. At Paris’ bash last night, Kevin fought back. He was having a good time relaxing with friends, schmoozing, stealing kisses from Nicky and entertaining the guests, an insider said.

Then Brandon showed up, and Kev started looking a little tense and agitated. "He had a really serious look on his face and stopped socializing with everyone," the insider says. Finally Brandon made his way over to Kevin and shot off his mouth, like he always does. Not a good idea, Brandon! "Kevin exploded,” says the insider. “He punched Brandon in the face several times. Brandon totally backed down." The insider says the cops came soon after and calmed things down.

According to Life & Style weekly, Paris Hilton is living with Brandon Davis. Just a note that Life & Style is not a very reputable source, and they have a habit of spreading rumors that turn out to be untrue, rather than facts based on reliable gossip. There was a shot of Paris kissing Brandon on the lips, so this rumor could have some merit. When I saw that picture, I almost lost my lunch.

Earlier this month, Paris Hilton said, “I’m not doing it with anyone [for a year]. I just want to concentrate on work.” I am just waiting for confirmation that Paris is full of B.S. Here’s more from The Scoop:

Davis has been living with Hilton at her Hollywood Hills home since leaving rehab in July, according to the mag. He went into rehab after his infamous “fire crotch” quote was made public, although earlier this month he climbed on stage in Miami during Hilton’s record launch and used the same phrase with regards to Lohan.

“His family is selling their home, so Brandon’s been shacking up with Paris at her place off the Sunset Strip,” an “insider” tells L&S. “All his clothes, his toiletries and even some of the artwork he owns.”

But the arrangement is reportedly more than temporary. Says the source: “They’re hooking up, but she doesn’t want anyone to know about it. It’s being kept very hush-hush.”
