Brad Pitt on Love and Loss

Brad Pitt told the LA Times:
"I’ll trade wisdom for youth any day. … It’s a tragedy in the sense that any love involves loss, and that’s the risk you take. And the greater the love, the greater the loss. I certainly feel that now with the woman I’m with, and the children that I have. But whatever the course may be, this time together is extraordinary."
Love is the easy part.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Movie Review

Over the weekend I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, starring Brad Pitt, and Bedtime Stories, starring Adam Sandler, and Russell Brand.
Bedtime Stories was entertaining as expected. Adam Sandler and Russell Brand were both good, but the star of the movie was the guinea pig.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button was an excellent piece of work. The movie followed Benjamin Button as he was born an old man, and continued to grow younger. The story was woven together with a love story. There wasn’t a single boring part in the entire movie, depsite a nearly 3 hour play time. The
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button movie was based on a short story written by F. Scott Fitzgerald in 1921, who is considered one of the greatest authors of all time.
I would highly recommend seeing The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Brad Pitt did an award winning job in the movie, and the filming, and special effects as Button got younger was very realistic. The movie itself deserves a Best Picture award.

Brad Pitt Softbank Mobile Commercial
Brad Pitt made a commercial for Softbank Mobile … and it wasn’t very good. As much as Softbank paid to make the ad, and with Wes Anderson directing it, you’d think it would be a whole lot better. It’s tough to make a good commercial in 30 seconds, but it’s been done before, just not this time. However, Pitt could still win some ad award for this commercial, because he’s Brad Pitt and not the Maytag guy.
