Gavin Rossdale and Marilyn Affair

According to In Touch, Gavin Rossdale and a gay pop entertaining who called himself Marilyn had a love affair in the 1980s. In Touch reports:

Though Boy George broke the news of Gavin, 43, and Marilyn’s tumultuous romance in his 1995 book, Take It Like a Man, Gavin denied it, stating, “I wasn’t dating Marilyn. We were, and still are, good friends.” At the time, Marilyn denied the affair, as well. But today he says he did it only because Gavin asked him to. “He was just becoming successful in America,” Marilyn explains. “I agreed to lie against every grain of my being.” Now, Marilyn wants to set the record straight. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, the British pop icon details the love affair that spanned the early ’80s. “We were together five years,” Marilyn says. “But it felt like 40.”

Gavin’s rep denies the story.

In the 1980s a lot of performers felt they needed to glam up like David Bowie to fit into the music scene. Gavin now has a solid marriage to Gwen Stefani since September 14, 2002, and the couple have two beautiful children, while Marilyn is left with an empty life and no real career, so it’s makes sense that Marilyn would take advantage of an old friend to sell a story for some much needed cash.

Boy George Has it Too Easy in Jail

Boy George is being transferred to a less secure Category C cell block, because prisoners and guards are giving him special treatment because of his celebrity status. An insider said from the jail:

“The governors were taken aback by how popular he was. A lot of the guys are of the age when they remember what a big star he was and how good the Culture Club songs were. But some officers were being too kind and giving him smokes. It’s ironic that he was worried about getting beaten up in Pentonville but all that happened was people showered him with so much attention and kindness that they had to move him anyway.”

George seems to be more popular in jail, than out.

Here’s the first picture of Boy George (47) in his jail cell serving his 15 month sentence.

George has already been assigned an easy job, which upset other inmates because of his special treatment. George tried to get even more special treatment on Friday when he told a court he would be targeted because he’s gay. Uh huh, riiiiiight.

The inmate, who snapped George on a mobile phone, said:

“A celeb is a celeb in here. People love fame. Everyone remembers Culture Club.”

George has more fans than enemies in jail. He should be thankful for that.

Boy George Sentenced to 15 Months in Jail

Boy George was found guilty of falsely imprisoning a male escort in 2007. The judge then sentenced George to 15 months in jail. The judge said to George:

“In my view there can be no doubt that your premeditated callous and humiliating handcuffing and detention of Mr Carlsen shocked, degraded and traumatized him. He was deprived of his liberty and human dignity without warning or proper explanation to him of its purpose, length or purported justification. You assaulted the victim of this offense whom you had invited into your home by handcuffing him to your bed and inflicting on him additional wholly gratuitous violence beyond that needed merely to secure physical restraint and detention.”

George should find that quote very colorful for the book he will no doubt write after getting out of jail.

Boy George is crying a river now that his visa to the United States has been denied, which means his U.S. tour is cancelled. George told Paper magazine:

"I’m pretty devastated because I am so excited about this forthcoming tour and having my visa application denied seems unfair after I swept the streets of New York spotless. There are a number of public figures who are openly using drugs and they have no problem with immigration and I have seriously turned my life around and I feel great right now and this is just another reminder of how bad things were. I committed a crime and I happily paid the consequences and I should be allowed to move on and get on with what I do best and that is performing and making people dance and cry!"

Only recently Boy George was back in court for allegedly kidnapping and torturing a male prostitute/model. Is this what he means by turning his life around?

Boy George Pleads Not Guilty

Boy George has denied imprisoning a 28-year-old Norwegian man at his London home last year. The former Culture Club singer pleaded not guilty to the charge of false imprisonment during a court hearing in London on Thursday.

Audun Carlsen claims Boy George handcuffed him to a wall after he went to the singer’s apartment as a photo model. The alleged incident took place last April.

Boy George appeared in court under his real name, George O’Dowd. The 46-year-old singer is free on bail and is due to stand trial in November.

Boy George was ordered to stand trial for false imprisonment Thursday. The victim claims Boy George handcuffed him to a bed and threatened him with sex toys back in April. Boy George could face life in prison. The alleged Auden Karlsen claims he thought he was going to die. Auden said he met George on a gay dating site, and thought he was only posing for pictures. Boy George Charged with False Imprisonment and Assault

In April 2007 Boy George (46), (aka George O’Dowd) was arrested for false imprisonment and assault of a Norwegian man named Auden Karlsen. Auden had been lured to George’s home with an offer that he’d be paid to model. Instead the man was allegedly handcuffed to the bed. Click here to read all the details. George has now been formerly charged, and he is required to appear before a court on November 22.

At the time Auden said, "I was convinced I was going to die."

George said, "I was not annoyed by the arrest. I think the allegations are hilarious."

If convicted George probably won’t be picking up trash this time.

A male escort told of his terror last night after claiming he was kidnapped by Boy George.

Auden Carlsen, 28, said: â€œIt’s ironic that his biggest hit was Do You Really Want To Hurt Me? – because I’m sure he did want to hurt me.

â€œI was convinced I was going to die.â€

The Norwegian spoke out as George, 45, was bailed by detectives probing assault and false imprisonment allegations.

Carlsen said he was grabbed by the singer and another man and chained to a wall after the star invited him to his pad in Shoreditch, East London, to pose for photos.

The escort fled in his pants after wrenching the hook from the wall.

Carlsen revealed he met George on the Gaydar website, but only agreed to go to his flat at midnight as a Â£400 photographic model and not as an escort.

The ex-Culture Club star took pictures of him in kinky gear.

Carlsen said: â€œGeorge said he was popping out for milk at 5am. I heard him come back and I walked into his bedroom wearing just my white underpants and a T-shirt. I was jumped on by George and another man.

â€œGeorge handcuffed me to a hook by the bed as they held me down.â€

He said George got rid of the blond man then produced a box of whips and sex toys – telling him: â€œNow you’ll get what you deserve.â€

Carlsen pulled the hook from the wall and fled – then alerted the police from a nearby newsagent’s at 6.30am on Saturday.

George – real name George O’Dowd – was taken to a police station.

Last year he got community service in New York after he said a rent boy tried to rob him – and cops found cocaine in his apartment. He was unavailable for comment last night. (Source)
