Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty made another video, in which they are looking, and acting, quite high. Besides the obvious animal mistreatment going on, Amy sends a message to Blake Fielder-Civil. Amy says, "Don’t divorce mommy." She’s been denying the rumors that Blake wants a divorce, and that Amy has been talking to lawyers on how to keep Blake from getting a big chunk of her money. Amy shouldn’t do videos when she’s high, because she forgets to lie. Didn’t she learn anything from the videos the police have of her doing drugs?

The Sun claims Blake Fielder-Civil has plans to divorce Amy Winehouse, and get millions so he and his mistress can live like royalty after he gets out of jail in June. A source says Blake told Sophie Schandorff during a jail house visit:

“Just say the word and I’ll dump Amy. I love you more than I could ever love my wife. You’re all that matters to me.”

The Sun says Blake even proposed marriage to Sophie, and Blake told her:

“I’ll leave Amy and we will be rich beyond our wildest dreams, but you have to marry me. Promise me you will and we can be happy.”

The report says Blake wants $6 million, and a friend said:

“Blake is convinced that Amy owes him big time. He is telling everyone that he’s got millions coming to him. She’s his meal ticket for life.”

Owes him for what? Getting her hooked on drugs? It appears Blake believes that the rumors of Amy cheating while he is in jail are true, which is why he believes he can divorce her and get millions of dollars. Blake said:

“If Amy has cheated on me don’t worry, we’ll be millionaires.”

No wonder Amy is worried. She did meet with advisers to see how she could protect her fortune after telling Blake their marriage was over. The next week however, Amy saw Blake again in jail, and was affectionate. She even told reporters they were still in love. Uh huh. Time will tell. Even Blakes parents have been quoted as saying Amy is a cheater, and they hope their son will divorce her. Blake is so upset over Amy’s rumored cheating with Alex Haines he said to her:

“I’m going to chop his f****** hands off! You’re a married woman! How can you do this to me? Everyone in prison is laughing at me, and all my family say I’m a mug because your s******g that w*****!”

If any of this is true, the sparks are going to fly in June when Blake gets out of jail. Major drama coming.

Amy Winehouse was spotted the other day visiting her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in jail, and the two were very affectionate. Now Amy is seen out with Mik Whitnall, Pete Doherty’s Babyshambles bandmate. A source said:

"He says they’ve slept together a couple of times. He told a few people after that stuff about her and Alex Haines came out. It’s always supposed to have happened when they’ve been on a bender. Telling people about her birthmark is his way of proving it happened. It’s male bravado."

Amy gets horny when she drinks. Mik is just a fling.

There is also a rumor that Amy wants to drop her current record label, because they want to delay her record to keep her from making money until she goes to rehab, and she wants Alex Haines to run it. A friend said:

"She’s really into Alex."

So why did Amy suddenly start visiting Blake in jail again, even though last Monday reports said she told him she was going to divorce him? A friend said:

"She doesn’t want it to look like she’s not offering him some support. She’s terrified he’ll do something stupid."

It’s all an act. Blake gets out of jail in June, and Amy is afraid she’ll lose a large part of her fortune to Blake if they get divorced. Amy appears to be putting on an act until she can get everything arranged, and put Blake in a position where he can’t go after her money, which means she might want him to go back to jail, then Alex can take over as her new man.

Amy Winehouse got a visit from her father Mitch Winehouse yesterday, and he tried to set her straight after she was released for two assaults while on a drunken bender. A witness said Mitch was yelling at Amy:

"You could hear screaming and shouting inside. He was telling her, ’You’ve got to pull yourself together’."

There has been a rumor that Amy has been staying a lot with her manager’s assistant Alex Haines (or Alex Haynes), and that Amy has been cheating with Alex on her husband Blake Fielder-Civil while he’s in jail. Last week on Monday Amy was overheard telling Blake she would be divorcing him, then met with advisers on how to keep her fortune in a divorce. Blake was see a few days later with his new girl friend, Sophie Schandorff, in court telling her "I love you." Winehouse then came to the door and made statements to the paparazzi standing outside her home:

"I am not divorcing Blake. I am totally in love with him. You’ve seen us together and you know how much we’re in love with each other. We’re going to be together for ever. We’re not splitting up. I don’t have a new boyfriend. I’m totally in love with Blake and I’ll be going to court with him every single day to support him throughout his case."

Amy was not in court last week however, but Blake’s new girlfriend was. Right after Amy gave her statement none other than Alex Haines (pictured below) showed up.

Amy’s mother, Janis Winehouse, contradicts everything Amy said when she spoke to The Sun:

"I’d spoken to Alex a couple of times over the phone, but this was the first time I’d actually met him. He’s a lovely boy, gentle and sweet. He really looked after Amy popping out to buy cigarettes, papers, anything she wanted. He works for her manager, so their relationship was professional to begin with, but if they’ve made something of it, I’m thrilled. Blake has sent her down the wrong path, drugs, and self-harm. She needs a man she can depend on, who can look after her. I’m praying Alex is that man."

Janis confirms Amy and Alex are having an affair, and that she hates Blake. In June Blake will be released from prison, so we’ll see if Amy’s parents can keep the two apart. If not Amy could end up worse than she is now, or dead.

Amy Winehouse was due to be released at midnight after being arrested yesterday, but instead she spent the night in jail. A doctor had to be called in to evaluate Amy, and he declared she was "unfit to be interviewed." Which means she was too high and drunk to be interviewed. Once she slept off her bender in the drunk tank, police questioned Amy, she apologized, and she was "cautioned for common assault." Police said no charges would be filed, and she was released. That’s no way to stop a one woman crime spree like Amy.

Amy did a lot before she finally went to the police station to be interviewed on Friday evening about two assaults she committed. On Monday Amy told Blake their marriage was over, and she met with advisors in an effort to protect her fortune in a divorce. Earlier in the week Blake’s mother, Georgette Civil, said, "Her (Amy’s) behaviour has spiralled out of control. She’s made a complete fool of herself and I hope my son divorces her." Amy then went on a drinking and drug spree, during which she got so out-of-control she committed not one but two assaults, even head butting one guy. She’s brutal.

On Thursday evening Amy consulted attorneys on what to say and do regarding the assault investigation. Amy went out drinking again right after her meeting with attorneys. That evening Amy went drinking at the Good Mixer pub, and go thrown out of the Made in Brasil bar at around 12:30 am.

The next morning Amy skipped Blake Fielder-Civil’s court hearing. Amy then picked up her goddaughter from school. Good thing Amy has a driver. Later that day, and still drunk, Amy finally arrived at the police station where a doctor declared her "unfit to be interviewed."

What a mess! Anyone want to make bets on when Amy will end up dead, in jail, or both at the same time?
