Amy Winehouse will be moving closer to husband Blake Fielder-Civil, and may check into Focus 12 rehab as well. Russell Brand suggested she attend rehab in the area she is moving to. Brand was a patient himself at Focus 12. Mitch Winehouse said:

“This is a very good idea. If she can get clean and still see Blake it can only be good.”

The husband of Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil, was sentenced to 27 months in jail Monday for beating a pub landlord and perverting the course of justice. Amy didn’t show up for the sentencing.

By the time Blake gets out of jail Amy will probably be dead, and Blake could have a lot of money waiting for him, unless Amy divorces him while he’s locked up. Her daddy is probably trying to talk her into a divorce right now.

Blake Fielder-Civil has been caught, and there are even pictures of him doing heroin in jail, yet authorities don’t doing anything about it. Pete Doherty did the same thing, and cops in London just keep letting Amy go. Who’s in charge in London, the criminals? A Pentonville source said:

“Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent. There is nothing to suggest he won’t carry on when he’s outside and back with Amy Winehouse. If she takes him back into her life when she is trying to get clean it will be a recipe for disaster.”

Blake will be sentenced on Thursday after pleading guilty to perverting justice, and beating up pub landlord. The way Blake is acting in jail, it seems like the judge will let him go with time served, and if not, he’ll just get high until he gets out, which is no different than what he’ll do on the outside. At least in jail Blake can’t get Amy high.

Blake Fielder-Civil has already pleaded guilty to beating up a bartender, and then trying to pay the guy off not to testify against him. Now Blake is being accused of trying to pay Richard Lyttle, an ex-bouncer, to beat up Pete Doherty, after Blake saw pictures of Amy Winehouse together with Pete. Lyttle said:

“We were sitting in my cell and he said, ‘If you get Doherty for me I’ll give you £20,000 (approx US $40,000).’ He kept saying, ‘Can you arrange it?’ and telling me to get some guys to his house. He knew the address. He said, ‘Amy’s obviously sleeping with him.’ He knew I used to be a doorman and knew some tough people. He said he wanted him smashed to pieces."

After Lyttle was released, Blake continued to phone him from a secret mobile, begging for Doherty to be beaten up. Richard reported him to cops, but they decided to take no action. Why not?

Amy Winehouse does everything at her front door. This time she’s apologizing for a racist video she made a while ago. The paparazzi asked about the man who taped the racist video, Blake. The most important question was about a comment Amy’s father made that Amy will get off drugs if she has babies. She says she wants to have lots of babies, bla bla bla. Amy just might have a baby especially when she finds out the hospital will give her free drugs during child birth.
