Blake Fielder-Civil is finally divorcing Amy Winehouse. Blake asked his lawyer to list Amy’s adultery as one of the reasons for the divorce. Amy has admitted to cheating on Blake, and seems to be seeing a new guy every few months.

Amy’s parents tried to buy Blake out of the marriage, but he said no. This is going to get messy, and we’re looking forward to hearing all their juicy secrets.

The drug deals that sold Amy Winehouse drugs, Johnny Blagrove (34), and his co-drug dealer Cara Burton (22) were convicted in the U.K. on Friday. Blagrove got two years in prison, and Burton got two years of community service because she is a woman. There’s no equality between the sexes.

The pair’s crime was caught on video, but Amy herself was not prosecuted.

Recently Blake Fielder-Civil got beat up in jail after inmates heard he didn’t treat his wife very good. Blagrove better say nice things about Amy while he’s in jail or he could get the same treatment.

Blake Fielder-Civil told News of the World in an interview that he turned Amy Winehouse into a hardcore drug addict:

"I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful. Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love."

Amy would have become a drug addict even if Blake hadn’t been there. When you’re a pop star the drugs are given to you, for free.

Amy Winehouse finally admitted her husband Blake Fielder-Civil left her for blonde German model Sophie Schandorff. An Amy pal reports that Amy said:

“It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for SEX."

“I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?”

Recently Blake also appealed his 27 month jail sentence, of which he served 12 months, and he entered rehab on November 5 without informing Amy. A two judge appellate court denied Blake’s appeal of his sentence. Blake said afterward:

"I am disappointed but not really surprised."

As long as Blake stays married to Amy, or in the event they finally divorce, he will get a chunk of her money. Hopefully Blake will use that money to live a better life, rather than indulging in drugs again. He really needs the right people around him, which doesn’t include Amy. As for Sophie, she seemed to get friendly with Blake when he was still a disgusting mess, so her motivation appears to be Blake’s potential money from Amy.

Amy Winehouse was spotted in a cab in London on Wednesday with her wedding ring on. Amy’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil was released from jail on Wednesday, and he didn’t tell Amy, but after she found out she put her wedding ring back on.

Blake is intent on quitting drugs, so he went straight to Surrey clinic for drug rehab. The cost will be £30,000, so Blake asked Amy to pay for it, but she is rumored to have refused to pay the bill.

Amy’s dad, Mitch, thinks Blake will find it impossible to stay off drugs. He said:

“Blake is a no-hoper. I want Amy to forget about him. The best thing that could possibly happen is for them to go their separate ways.”

Mitch also said that Amy did not visit Blake after he was moved from Pentonville, North London, to a jail in East Anglia. He said:

“Amy hasn’t seen him for ages, I don’t think she cares one bit.”

Amy put her wedding ring back on so we’ll see. It would benefit Mitch greatly if Blake left Amy, and didn’t take any of her money with him. As long as Blake remains married to Amy he stands to get all the money she made when she dies. Amy has been sick a lot lately, and there she is still smoking with daddy’s approval.
