Carmen Electra hit the beach over the weekend looking like a 21-year-old co-ed and gave the paparazzi what had to have been their best day in history. I’m guessing the lucky guy in this game of chicken probably won’t forget this day any time soon either. But what’s up with her taste in love interests? First Dennis Rodman then Dave Navarro and, most recently, she’s been rumored to have meandered over to the other team for some dalliances with not-so-young rocker Joan Jett. Who’s next, Courtney Love?

The bright, young and lovely Kate Hudson will not be held down. You won’t find her drowning her sorrows or cocooning with an industrial-size vat of ice cream and a Yoo-hoo chaser. Or even a Vicodin nightcap.

No! Beautiful Kate puts on a bikini, gets right back on the hot-famous-guy horse (or his-and-hers bikes) and tries, tries again.

And, good for her. Dax Shepard, her latest squeeze, is pretty hot. Maybe even hotter than Owen Wilson, though the Butterscotch Stallion has his own…er…unique charm.

She was recently seen frolicking with Shepard near her family’s vacation home and has apparently introduced him to the ’rents and to her daughter…we mean, son, Ryder. So, it could be an actual "relationship."

To think that for all those years while she was with the scraggly and rarely showered Chris Robinson, we really thought she liked her men on the homely side.

On Friday Eddie Murphy said the paternity test confirmed he IS the father of a 4-month-old daughter with Melanie Brown, but it wasn’t planned, since they only dated briefly. Eddie also said he has paid all the child support owed and covered the expenses of Brown’s pregnancy. Brown on the other hand says the pregnancy was planned, they were going to get married, and claims Eddie hasn’t paid a thing, and she filed a paternity suit against Eddie. Although Eddie says he wants to keep this private, that only makes him look guilty. If Eddie paid everything he said he did, he should make copies of his receipts and go on Oprah to shut down Scary Spice right now. One of these two is an a-hole.

Brown has wasted no time in hooking up with another guy. A sure sign she’s a stable influence on her daughter. She has what looks like an engagement ring on her left hand, but she’s wearing it on her middle finger. Where did she get that? Then of course there’s the fact she is both drinking alcohol, and smoking in these pictures. Is she still breast feeding?

…and yes, she does look hot and spicy in her bikini.

All you creepy guys just waiting until Hayden Panettiere turns 18 to use those bikini pics as your screensaver only have a few short weeks to wait. She becomes "of age" on August 21st and, according to 24/Sizzler, she won’t be celebrating a la Britney or LiLo, but rather by registering to vote! According to the site, Panettiere has signed on to become a spokesperson for ‘Declare Yourself,’ "a non-partisan group that’s enlisted celebs to help boost voter registration among new voters." Yawn! No one is this innocent. We give her five years until some guy finds her in a cheerleader uniform in his backyard, rocking back and forth, reeking of cheap booze and mumbling something about saving the world.

Attention whore and, well, just plain whore, Heidi Montag, received some surfing lessons from fiance, Spencer Pratt, while he enjoyed his bootylicious view. Moon River! She was once known for her time on MTV’s "The Hills," but now she’s just known for having disproportionately large fake ta tas.

In related news, Us Magazine is reporting that the ongoing battle between Lauren Conrad of "The Hills" and Heidi has gotten so heated, Heidi apparently refused to take MTV’s promotional photos on the same day as L.C.

By July, the estrangement was so palpable, Montag didn’t take the MTV’s promotional photographs for season three of The Hills the same day as the rest of the cast, instead posing by herself in the studio for separate pics that had to be Photoshopped in later.

Ironically, Heidi asked to have a new fiance photoshopped in with her, as this guy is such a top notch tool.
