Leo looks absolutely smokin’ as he enjoys a ciggy on the set of his latest movie Revolutionary Road in New York City this week. Leo stars alongside Brit beauty Kate Winslet in her director husband Sam Mendes’ new drama based on the novel by Richard Yates. It is the first time the Titanic co-stars have worked together professionally since 1997, and if their on-screen chemistry in the award-winning blockbuster is anything to go by, Revolutionary Road is bound to attract Kate and Leo fans world over when it hits the screens next year.

But it’s not all work work work for Leo in New York. Despite rumors that he had split from actress girlfriend Bar Refaeli recently, he was spotted in Syracuse during the weekend spending time with her between takes of her new movie Session, about a psychiatrist who develops an obsession with one of his patients.

I don’t promote smoking, but Leo sure does look good in that 1960s get up with a cig is his hand. I’m sure you’ll agree.

Two of Leonardo DiCaprio’s bodyguards were questioned by Israeli police after getting into a fight with paparazzi near the Western Wall in Jerusalem as DiCaprio and Israeli girlfriend Bar Refaeli visited Judaism’s holiest site.

DiCaprio and Refaeli were taking a private tour of the Western Wall tunnels, Reuters reports, and photographers waited outside the tunnels for the couple, whose visit has stirred up a media frenzy in Israel. "Two of DiCaprio’s security guards were questioned by police after being involved in a fight that broke out," said Micky Rosenfeld, a police spokesman, to Reuters. "They are being questioned."

According to sources connected with the incident, a group of paparazzi dangerously swarmed Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Bar Refaeli as the couple tried to board their van after a visit to the Western Wall. The intense crush left the van with severe body damage.

After the celeb couple left the scene, several members of the paparazzi complained to local police that they had been assaulted by two security guards who were working for the star. Those two guards were brought in for questioning. After sorting out the details, police issued several 30-day restraining orders against the paps, ordering them to stay away from Leo and Bar. Leonardo DiCaprio refuses to be deterred by reports his girlfriend Bar Refaeli secretly got married in her native Israel to avoid military service. Israeli women aged between 18 and 20 are obliged to serve unless they’re orthodox, disabled or married.

But Refaeli, 20, reportedly avoided enlisting with the Israeli army by marrying an older man just a week before having to report for duty in 2004 – and then dumping him.

A pal of DiCaprio says, “He knows she is married but she is separated from her husband and planning to divorce him.

“She’s no gold-digger.”

With Gisele Bündchen out of the picture since November, Leonardo DiCaprio has been quietly seeing another babelicious blonde – 20-year-old Israeli swimsuit model Bar Refaeli.

DiCaprio, who has been filming the drama The Blood Diamond in Africa for the past few months, met up with Refaeli in Paris for a romantic getaway last weekend. (The two had also rendezvoused there in January.)

The couple held hands while strolling along the Champs-Elysées, window-shopping along Avenue Montaigne and noshing at a Lebanese restaurant. Said one observer at the eatery: “They were very close to each other. They seemed to enjoy being together very much.”

DiCaprio’s rep had no comment.
