Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have not been photographed together since December, and have been married since 2006, but now it looks like they are headed for divorce.

Avril was in South Hampton last weekend with a lot of "male admirers," surrounding her. A source said:

"She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself."

Avril has been doing a lot of that since December in Los Angeles.

Neither Avril nor Deryck are denying there is trouble in their marriage, nor that it may end in divorce. Marrying that young increases the odds of divorce astronomically.

If Avril gave her marriage as much attention as she does partying and drinking, maybe she would be happily married right now, but then again divas don’t work for marriage, the marriage has to work for her.

Avril Lavigne went out clubbing at H.wood, without her husband as usual, and she was wearing a blue ribbon declaring herself a "#1 B!tch." So true.

When is Avril getting that divorce?

Avril Lavigne cancelled shows in San Diego and Phoenix, blaming it on acute laryngitis. Saturday Avril cancelled her show in Anaheim’s Honda Center only an hour before the show started. Below is a list of more show dates that have been cancelled:

According Avril reps, refunds will be available at point of purchase on Monday.

Avril apologized to fans in a statement Saturday:

“My sincerest apologies to all of my fans. My intention was to complete the rest of the tour but tonight at sound check in Anaheim I realized this wasn’t possible. Even though I have been resting my voice for days, when I tried to sing nothing came out.”

We’ve heard the excuses, but what really happened?

Avril played The Pearl at the Palms on April 29, at 7 PM in Las Vegas. After the show Avril arrived for after-party at Moon nightclub, to which she was accompanied by an entourage of over 20 people, and members of the band who opened her show Boys Like Girls. The group sat at the largest table in the club next to the DJ booth, and did shots for hours. Avril drank Chardonnay during the festivities, and she even met Palms tycoon George Maloof pictured above. Avril finally left the club at 3 AM, and took three of her female friends, and two bodyguards to go play roulette in the Casino.

Avril burned the candle at both ends, and partied till she dropped. After all that abuse to her body it makes sense that Avril got sick. The irresponsible girl has now turned The Best Damn Tour into The Worst Damn Tour of her career.

Avril Lavigne seems to be good at one thing … sucking.

A rumor was circulating that Avril Lavigne is pregnant. In fact, Avril is NOT pregnant, if anyone actually cares. Also in the news, Avril just settled one of her plagiarism lawsuits for stealing songs, but terms of the deal were not disclosed. Told ya, she’s not an original, she’s a thief, but who can knock her for trying to make a living?
