Neurosonic made up a story about Pete Wentz sending them a Cease and Decist Letter because they made the song So Many People, which poked fun at Ashlee Simpson. The song sucked, and after Pete denied any letter being sent, the band had to admit they are liars:

“Anyone silly enough to believe I was serious about the comment I made at my [Neurosonic] NYC Knitting Factory performance has no sense of humor. Before we played our song, ‘So Many People’ I joked that Pete Wentz had taken out a cease and desist for the song because my lyrics are all about Ashlee Simpson’s Saturday Night Live debacle as well as celebrity culture. The song is not new… I wrote it 3 years ago…I wrote the music and had the initial lyrics right after the Saturday Night Live debacle in October 2004, and completed the song right after Ashlee was given the billboard award [December 2004]. ‘So Many People’ is on our album Drama Queen, which was released by our label Bodog Music in January 2007.

The song is tongue-in-cheek and it was mostly meant to blow off steam about a subject that is laughable at best…It is not meant to be malicious. I do mean every word of the song though, so you can take it or leave it. It’s only rock ‘n roll.”

Neurosonic is terrible sounding desperate bunch of losers that used Pete and Ashlee to garner publicity, but did not apologize for lying. This band goes on the HG "Don’t Buy" list. I’m not even posting of picture of the band, since I’d like to forget they exist.

Pete Wentz has sent a cease-and-desist request to heavy metal band Neurosonic who made a song that made fun of Ashlee Simpson. The group’s front-man, Jason Darr, said at a Knitting Factory performance Wednesday night. The tune, "So Many People," pokes fun at Simpson’s horrific "Saturday Night Live" appearance, during which she was caught lip-synching and ran offstage. Darr then invited the audience to dance a "jig" along to the song, just like Simpson did before she fled the stage that night. Despite the cease-and-desist Neurosonic continues to perform the song. Legally speaking the band may have every right to poke fun at Ashlee since she is a publicly known figure. The real crime is Neurosonic’s song sucks.

Ashlee Simpson begged a photog not to take her picture last week during a cigarette break outside boyfriend Pete Wentz’s East Village bar, Angels and Kings. "I don’t want my fans knowing I smoke!" she pleaded. "It’s so bad, but I just crave nicotine sometimes."

Your fans know now Ashlee. If you don’t want people to know then don’t smoke.

Pete Wentz says he broke the bone that connects his shin to his foot at a voodoo fest in New Orleans while he was jumping around. He also says no shows will be canceled, cause he needs the moola. Pete is waiting to get a walking cast, and he says you all can sign it at his show, if you can get past the smell of his stinky piggies. Ashlee Simpson likes the smell of feet, well aged cheese, and morning breath.

Vanessa Hudgens just scored a $1 million dollar deal with Skechers. Vanessa will probably wear Skechers more often than Ashlee Simpson, who might not get her Skechers deal renewed since she hasn’t worn them as her contract requires.
