Anne Hathaway finally dumped Raffaello Follieri. His business dealings were under investigation a while ago, and Anne is rumored to have bailed him out financially. Recently, Follieri became the focus of another investigation. A source said:

"It’s heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she’s devastated that it’s come to this, but she really didn’t have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation."

She likes the bad boys. Anne can do a lot better.

Raffaello Follieri (29), who has been dating Anne Hathaway (25) since 2004, wrote a check for $215,000 which bounced, so he was arrested. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office has declined to prosecute Raffaello, saying he was cleared because he fully reimbursed John Morrongiello for the $215,000 check Follieri wrote him, and Morrongiello, of Colts Neck, N.J., no longer wishes to pursue the case.

Anne must have bailed him out. Nothing wrong with that. Everyone has difficulties with money at some point.

From The Princess Diaries to vacation porn pics, Anne Hathaway seems to be changing her squeaky clean image. I don’t want to jump to any conclusions, but I’m guessing she wasn’t humming a show tune in that top pic. How about a little common decency, buddy? Is there really anything so pressing that you can’t call the dude back later? And that bottom pic is just wrong. She’s giving his nature sweater a good lick while he seems to be mentally balancing his checkbook.

Anne Hathaway says that Jake Gyllenhaal asked to touch her boobs in Brokeback Mountain. She told radio station Heart, "Sometimes you work with actors, and they can be lovely guys, but they have kind of dodgy instincts when it comes to kissing in scenes. They want to try to make it look a bit too real if you know what I mean. With James, right before we started he turned to me and said ’closed mouths, no tongue’ and that’s what I normally say to people, so it was a pleasure."

Anne then cheekily added, "There was this scene in Brokeback Mountain where I get my kit off and I’m in the car with Jake Gyllenhaal and he’s touched my shoulder and he’s touched my stomach and he’s touched around my back. Everywhere except for, you know, ’the girls’. So the director yells cut and we go behind a screen and I’m putting my clothes back on and Jake comes up to me and says: ’Annie, the thing is, the scene, in real life I would … and the director’s not yelling cut, so… can I?’ I just turned to him and said: ’It’s okay Jake, yes, you can touch my boobs.’"

When people come up to Anne and ask, "Can I have your autograph?" She probably responds, "Yes, you can touch my boobs."
