Howard K. Stern was caught at Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist’s house today when the Justice Department served a search warrant in the investigation of Anna’s death. TMZ reports:

The California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna’s psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time.

Eight warrants were served altogether, and may be connected to the Department’s investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna’s doctors and at a storage facility.

The Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich, who ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.

How incriminating is it that Stern is still socializing with someone who might be implicated in Anna’s death? The investigation is just getting started, and Daniel’s death investigation has begun as well. It’s not over till it’s over. The DOJ will hold a press conference at 11:00 AM PST. Stay tuned …

This photo was sent in alleging this is Anna Nicole Smith after she died. This is her, she is covered in vomit, but not dead. Her lips are not blue, and her skin is still pink and oxygenated. The pink in her hair is very festive for the ocassion. The sad part is someone close to her chose to take this picture of her passed out naked in her own vomit, rather than making sure her mouth and airway were clear of the vomit, and perhaps wiping her mouth and chest off. This is Anna alive, and not her corpse. It is possible this photo could have been taken earlier on the day she died. It is a reminder of how no one around her really cared about her as a human being, except her son who met the same fate. The inquest into Daniel’s death is still pending. Larry Birkhead says he plans to sue OK! Magazine for their false allegations. He also added that OK! is just being vindictive when they learned In Touch and US Magazine may also cover Dannielynn’s 1 year birthday: Here’s more:

Birkhead, for one, said he planned to sue OK! for "alluding to the fact that I’d be involved in anything ethical or immoral with my daughter."

In a statement, OK! said it had "newly obtained allegations" that were "detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating"—and wouldn’t be revealed until next week’s issue.

Birkhead said he believes the magazine’s "explosive allegations" are culled from former MSNBC host Rita Cosby’s upcoming book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death. He said he also plans to sue Cosby.

…"They just sent out a press release showing how vindictive they are," Birkhead said. "They wanted to lock me down, like I’m under their command."

OK! Magazine keeps taking pictures then refusing to pay for them. If they really need to save money they should stop whiping their butts with tissue made out of silk, taking limos everywhere including the McDonald’s drive-thru, and stealing candy from babies.

The upcoming issue of Us Weekly will feature Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead as she approaches her first birthday. Us Magazine has noted the resemblance between Dannielynn and her mother.

Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead may not have many memories of Anna Nicole Smith, but as she nears her first birthday, it appears that just looking in the mirror will be a lifelong reminder of her mom.

Family friend Tricia Barnstable Brown tells , "I think she’s really starting to look like her mom. She has those pouty lips like Anna — she’s breathtaking." Aunt Judy Birkhead adds, "She has Anna’a smile and Larry’s eyes. She also has her laugh, and her personality is fun like Anna’s."

Anyone who has watched "Seinfeld" knows that "breathtaking" is a polite way of saying that the baby bears a striking resemblance to a catcher’s mit.

That big personality that Dannielynn got from her mom has already helped her win friends. Dad Larry Birkhead tells Us "When I took her out for her first big dinner, she looked around at the table and grabbed this big Alaskan crab leg off my plate and started swinging it around, making all these crazy noises. Everyone in the restaurant was laughing."

Sure, they’re laughing now, but when Dannielynn is still spinning crab legs in her thirties, it won’t be quite so cute. With Anna Nicole as a mother, you could probably open up her head and find a chick pea where a brain should be.

Angelina Jolie made more than any other celebrity, taking 4 out of the 10 spots, 3 out of 4 of those pictures were due to interest in her children. It’s wrong to make big bucks selling pictures of your biological and adopted children when you’re already very rich. Jolie only started making the big bucks once she started dating Brad Pitt, and already had two adopted children. Brad has been good for Jolie’s career.

The worst mother award goes to Anna Nicole Smith however, for selling pictures of her dead son showing him just hours before his death. A real mother would never betray her son like that.

Notably not listed is how much, if anything, was paid for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes pictures of baby Suri.

The best father award should go to Tiger Woods who revealed pictures of his daughter Sam Alexis to the world for FREE.
