Howard K. Stern claims he is broke. He tells Us magazine:

… Since the passing of his partner (and only client) in February, the attorney says he is having trouble making ends meet. "I am in debt and basically broke. There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth.

Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby for alleging in a book that he engaged in homosexual acts with the father of Anna’s baby Dannielynne, Larry Birkhead. But due to “juggling” more than a dozen other lawsuits, Stern says he owes his parents ’hundreds of thousands of dollars.’"

How rich are his parents anyway? Stern is the executor of Anna’s estate, and stands to make a nice sum from that, especially if it cashes in on the Marshall lawsuit. Stern probably has a book in progress, a reality TV show, and something that could involve Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn.

Howard K. Stern has just started the process of taking Rita Cosby to court. TMZ reports:

A judge has ruled that there’s a lot of evidence that former MSNBC anchor turned author Rita Cosby crossed the line in writing her tell-all book about Anna Nicole Smith.

Howard K. Stern is suing Cosby, claiming she defamed him in the book by saying there are witnesses — two nannies — who say Anna Nicole had a video of Stern and Larry Birkhead having sex.

A federal judge in the Southern District of New York issued an order today in the wake of Stern’s allegation that Cosby "sought to tamper with two witnesses by offering to pay them thousands of dollars for their testimony." The judge allowed Stern to probe the allegation, concluding he has "presented substantial — indeed troubling — evidence that Cosby has sought to improperly influence witnesses…"

In a statement to TMZ, Rita Cosby said, "I am pleased that the Court will get to the bottom of these unfounded allegations. I trust that when all the facts come out that a very different picture will be shown."

When a judge says the evidence crossed the line it’s an opinion that allows Howard to investigate whether the allegations have any factual foundation. It should be interesting to see the outcome of Howard’s investigation into Cosby’s sources. These two should get married. They’re like two evil geniuses plotting to get money, but rather than working together, they’re at war with each other. Cosby’s plans risk spoiling Stern’s plan that took years to hatch. Bwahahaha.

The father, Ford Shelly, of the nine year-old girl who painted Anna Nicole Smith’s face like a clown in the Bahamas, finally released the full shocking video of Anna obviously on drugs that day. Ford is outing more Howard K. Stern lies. Geraldo Rivera did a great job presenting this news piece. Howard K. Stern was caught at Anna Nicole Smith’s psychiatrist’s house today when the Justice Department served a search warrant in the investigation of Anna’s death. TMZ reports:

The California Department of Justice began serving search warrants Friday in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith. One was served this morning at the home of Anna’s psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and Howard K. Stern was actually there at the time.

Eight warrants were served altogether, and may be connected to the Department’s investigation of Dr. Eroshevich. Sources say the warrants were served at several businesses connected to Anna’s doctors and at a storage facility.

The Medical Board of California is investigating Eroshevich, who ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna, five days after her son Daniel died.

How incriminating is it that Stern is still socializing with someone who might be implicated in Anna’s death? The investigation is just getting started, and Daniel’s death investigation has begun as well. It’s not over till it’s over. The DOJ will hold a press conference at 11:00 AM PST. Stay tuned …

This photo was sent in alleging this is Anna Nicole Smith after she died. This is her, she is covered in vomit, but not dead. Her lips are not blue, and her skin is still pink and oxygenated. The pink in her hair is very festive for the ocassion. The sad part is someone close to her chose to take this picture of her passed out naked in her own vomit, rather than making sure her mouth and airway were clear of the vomit, and perhaps wiping her mouth and chest off. This is Anna alive, and not her corpse. It is possible this photo could have been taken earlier on the day she died. It is a reminder of how no one around her really cared about her as a human being, except her son who met the same fate. The inquest into Daniel’s death is still pending.
