The National Enquirer has this picture of Andy Dick allegedly "snorting cocaine" at Snitch in New York City on April 24. The person who took the picture said, "Andy dick was a complete mess. He was so out of it that most of the cocaine ended up around his nose rather than in his nose."

At least Andy can keep the coke on or up his nose. Kate Moss just spills it all over her clothes, but then again Kate can probably afford to buy truck loads of coke, so why cry over a little spilt coke?

Sacha Baron Cohen picked up the best performance by an actor in a motion picture, musical or comedy for his work in Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.

“This movie was a life-changing experience. I saw some amazing, beautiful, invigorating parts of America. But I saw some dark parts of America, an ugly side of America, a side of America that rarely sees the light of day,” he said as the audience prepared itself for an earnest speech about xenophobia and prejudice. “I refer, of course, to the anus and testicles of my costar, Ken Davitian.”

As the audience roared, Cohen continued, “When I was in that scene, and I stared down and I saw your two wrinkled golden globes on my chin I thought to myself, ’I better win a bloody award for this.’" Will Cohen regret that comment after being seen with Andy Dick?

Andy Dick, rumored bisexual, retired upstairs into the wee hours with Sacha Baron Cohen and his girlfriend ("no, fiancee," as Cohen corrected several people), Australian beauty Isla Fisher, after HBO’s Golden Globes pre-party at the Chateau Marmont. "I was afraid to get into the elevator with them," says one fellow guest, who waited for the next car. "Perhaps they were going to work on punch lines together?"

Everyone knows using the N word is common in certain circles, but like some words, it can have positive or negative tones. This week both Andy Dick (white), and Damon Wayans (black), both used the N word at the Laugh Factory. Andy Dick jumped on stage while another comedian performed, and yelled, "You’re all a bunch of n***ers," to the crowd as he was leaving the stage. Wayans used the N word in a different context. The Laugh Factory is making an attempt to apply the rules fairly to try to prevent a repeat of the Michael Richards incident. See the story below:

Damon Wayans became the first famous offender of the Laugh Factory’s ban on the use of the n-word, and was fined and banned from the club for three months as a result, Wayans’ publicist tells TMZ.

After the Michael Richards incident on November 17, the club decided to ban use of the word and fine comedians $20 for every offense. Wayans took the stage Sunday during a showcase of African-American comedians called "Chocolate Sundaes." Wayans opened his routine with the line, "Give yourselves a big round of applause for coming down and supporting ’N***** Night.’" According to the L.A. Times, Wayans used the word 15 more times during his 20-minute appearance.

That’s a $320 contribution to the Laugh Factory’s swear jar. Wayans’ rep had no further comment other than to confirm the fine and the temporary ban.

Andy Dick drew fire earlier this week for using the n-word during an appearance at the Improv.

Dick has since issued an apology through his publicist.

Andy Dick hasn’t learned anything from the Michael Richards incident. Andy didn’t get the memo from Jesse Jackson calling for everyone to stop using the N word even in jokes.

According to sources, the hopped-up comedian hopped onstage Saturday at L.A.’s Improv comedy club and dropped the n-bomb on a room full of stunned clubgoers.

Andy was heckling comedian Ian Bagg during his routine, when Dick allegedly got out of his seat, jumped onstage and began joking with Bagg. The subject of Michael Richards came up, but the two comics quickly moved past it. As Dick exited the stage, he suddenly grabbed the mic and shouted at the crowd, "You’re all a bunch of niggers!"

The stunned crowd gasped and stared at each other. Bagg tried to play it cool and move on with his set, but the laughs weren’t there.

Calls to Dick’s rep were not immediately returned.
