Anderson Cooper is on the campaign trail, but on his personal blog today he revealed he had skin cancer removed on Monday. Anderson said:

On a personal note, I’ve been off for the last couple of days. I had minor surgery on Monday. A small spot of skin cancer was removed from under my left eye. I hadn’t planned on mentioning this, but I still have stitches and you’ll no doubt notice them tonight. Don’t want you to think I got into a fist fight with Charlie Rose.

Hopefully that is the last we see of that cancer.

Brigadier General (RET) Keith H. Kerr, who asked the question about the "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell" policy the other night tonight at the Republican debate, is a gay rights activist and a steering committee member of "LGBT Americans for Hillary". Some now say Kerr was a Hilary Clinton plant who lied to CNN to get on the show. At the GOP debate Kerr hijacked the microphone, and had his microphone turned off, or so it appeared, as he kept commenting, and commenting on gays in the military. Kerr said he disclosed he was gay after 42 years in the military, which means he wasn’t honest then, and as it turns out he wasn’t honest with CNN either. That’s the word from reports today in case you missed it. One other note, the "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell" policy Kerr says is destructive to military policy was created and implemented by Bill Clinton, who’s wife Hilary, Kerr supports for president. It’s early, so if any of these facts aren’t 100% accurate leave a comment correcting it. Also, Anderson Cooper looked great. Tim Gunn would have approved.

Another promiscuous bad example and very public, yet closeted, face of the gay community. If you think this is a positive example, then you approve of promiscuity, which can spread STDs and AIDS, and violence since those are the issues here.

Anderson Cooper was friendly at a Brazilian airport on Friday. "Hi, I’m Anderson," he said to the "attractive" man standing next to him at the flight connection monitors in the Salvador terminal, a spy told The Post’s Braden Keil. The 25ish fellow was wearing a tight T-shirt, cut-off shorts and an earring. According to our witness, the unshaven, solo-traveling CNN star chatted for 20 minutes with the stranger before the fellow had to say goodbye and board his flight to Rio.

Robin Williams and Billy Crystal were guests on Anderson Cooper’s show, and when Williams made a crack about Ryan Seacrest watching Brokeback Mountain he hit gold at the other end of the rainbow, and Anderson Cooper started sweating and couldn’t stop laughing.
