Woody Allen Settles Lawsuit
Woody Allen just Settled a $10 million lawsuit against American Apparel, who used Allen’s image to sell their clothing without his permission.
American Apparel agreed to pay Allen $5 million, which Allen agreed to.
American Apparel has threatened to drag Allen’s relationship with his wife Soon-Yi Previn, who was previously his adopted daughter, into the discovery process, and aired in a trial.
Fighting dirty is a double edged sword, but it worked this time.
