Alli Sims Legal Problems

Alli Sims, who is Britney Spears cousin and her former assistant, received a legal letter on December 15, 2008 from her former producer Nathan Folks. The letter accuses Sims of lying, and working with Sam Lutfi, all while taking advantage of everyone she came in contact with:

1. You lied to us about money causing out-of–pocket expenses. We were unaware that you had made a deal with Claus Hjelmbak and Sam Lufti to pay your rent for the year of 2008. You should not have asked us to pay your rent and personal expenses since May 2008 for 6 months.

2. You lied to us about your relationship with Britney Spears. We were in the understanding that we would help you make a record album and music videos about your relationship with Britney Spears. You grossly misrepresented yourself as a singer and as a friend of Britney Spears.

3. You brought questionable friends to business trips and meetings designed to finance your album. It jeopardized our relationships with our investors and caused us loss of money.

4. After a business trip to St. Tropez fully paid for by our company and our investor you went behind our backs and started developing and filming a pilot for a reality show when you returned.

5. Slandering my company, myself and my associates. Lying about my business in France and damaging relationships I have with my business partners.

6. Lied to the media in “In Touch” Magazine about writing a song about Britney Spears. Continuing to lie about working on an album that has not even started. As well as many media reports of you writing and recording music behind our backs which we both know is a complete and utter lie.

7. You lied about your relationship with Sam Lufti and Claus Hjelmbak and the sneaky financial deals that collapsed your relationship with the entire Spears family.

Very shady. Sims should be ashamed of herself. Sims could end up in court if she doesn’t pay back the money.

Alli Sims Reality Show Cancelled

It looks like Britney Spears’ cousin/friend/ex-assistant Alli Sims’ hope of getting a TV career out of her relationship with Brit has been shattered!

An insider tells Life & Style that Maloof Productions, run by the family that owns the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings basketball team, had planned to produce an Entourage-style reality show with Alli as the star.

But the Maloofs have suddenly changed their minds. “While Britney was being hospitalized in LA, Alli, her supposed best friend, was self-promoting in NYC. She was flown in for meetings to draw attention to her career — including her reality show. Only problem is, it’s not happening,” the insider says.

“While she was partying in New York at Tenjune, the Maloofs decided to drop the idea. Although it was supposed to be Alli’s show, Britney was always the main draw.

“Alli and Britney are obviously not close anymore, and Alli’s even had a falling out with the Spears family. So the Maloofs lost interest in going forward!"

Britney Spears Caught in a Bar by Kevin’s Lawyer

Around 6:30 pm last night Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, was at the bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills when Britney Spears, Alli Sims, and Britney’s manager Sam Lutfi all walked in. When the trio spotted Kaplan they left the bar. Although Britney wasn’t drinking at the time, she didn’t go to the bar for coffee.

The rumor that Kevin Federline will appear on Oprah is not true. I’m just as disappointed as you are.

Britney Spears Back to Partying

Britney Spears went to Winston’s in Los Angeles on Monday night with her assistant Alli Sims. While at Winston’s Britney is reported to have been in and out of the bathroom repeatedly, and was sniffing when she came out. She also changed her outfits twice, and when she asked the DJ to play Gimme More he did. Sounds like Paris. Britney left Winston’s about 2 a.m., and was subsequently pulled over by the cops. Thankfully Alli was driving. In the pictures it appears that Britney dressed as a pirate wench. This is the second time she’s gone pirate without going to a Halloween party.

Britney Spears Parties the Night Before VMA Rehearsals

It’s official: Britney Spears has become a caricature of herself. You honestly just can’t make this shizz up. On the night before she was expected in Las Vegas for rehearsals for the VMA’s, Brit Brit thought fit to do what she knows best…show up to a club wearing her token fedora/no-pants combo. Sponge Brit No Pants! Hole in the pantyhose sold separately. Us Magazine reports:

The night before she was expected in Las Vegas to rehearse her single â€œGimme Moreâ€ with illusionist Criss Angel, the perennial party girl, 25, hit up L.A. club Opera.

Accompanied by her cousin Alli Sims, Spears â€” clad in a cream fedora, gray mini-dress with stockings, knee-high boots and long pearl necklaces â€” settled into a corner booth around 12:32 a.m. (Her wig of choice? A blonde, shoulder-length number.)

â€œBritney was in a great mood all night, smiling, laughing, upbeat,â€ a witness says, who adds that Spears also smoked a few cigarettes and danced to Rihannaâ€™s â€œUmbrella.â€

â€œShe was really getting into the songs,â€ the onlooker says.

Apparently, she worked up a thirst: â€œBritney drank beer, vodka cranberry and vodka tonic,â€ says the witness.

Sucking a lollypop, Spears left hand-in-hand with Sims at 1:45 a.m.

Alas, the two called it a night after hitting a Wendy’s drive-thru around 2:20 a.m.

Nothing says comeback like showing up half-cocked and bloated! You go Brit!

Kevin Federline Asks Court for More Money and the Kids

Kevin Federline is serious about asking for increased custody of the two kids he has with Britney Spears, and early Sunday morning Spears’ cousin/assistant Alli Sims and Spears’ music producer JR Rotem were notified that they will be called to testify in the custody hearings. Us magazine says:

They were approached early Sunday morning around 2:30 a.m. outside a party at a Hollywood Hills home and served with a deposition subpoena by Aaron Cohen of IMS Security, who, according to another source, is "one the top security guys in Hollywood."

A visibly upset Sims attempted to avoid being served, and she and Rotem began to argue with Cohen. But, as an eyewitness reports, Cohen was not deterred by Sims’ denials and was forced to throw the subpoena through an open car window as Sims and Rotem fled in a friend’s car. Spears was spotted leaving the same party moments later and eventually joined Sims and Rotem at her Beverly Hills home.

It probably didn’t help that Britney and her friends had to be served at 2:30am at a party in the Hollywood Hills, but Us goes on to say that Simms will be questioned about everything she knows in regards to Britney as a parent:

According to a source familiar with the custody battle, Sims’ deposition gives Kaplan the ability to, "ask her about everything. What she feeds the kids, what’s going in the bottles, how late they’re staying up and about what Britney is like when she parties."

Britney’s only hope now is for Ali to either disappear forever, or to develop a pathological condition that forces her to lie for Britney. TMZ says K-Fed is only after the money:

K-Fed is going back to court asking for more custody of the kids. Kevin Federline just agreed to a 50/50 split. Then, he turned around almost immediately and filed papers asking for 70/30. So why such a sudden change of heart?

Alli Sims, Britney’s cousin, was served over the weekend. Kevin’s lawyer wants to take her deposition. Now here’s what’s telling. Federline’s lawyer also wants to take Britney’s depo, but a source connected with Alli says the deposition notice Britney received is all financial — in other words, the references are all about money, not the kids.

When a guy does it, he’s only after the money, when a woman does it, she’s only doing it for the kids. Sexist. If Britney had not already proven her love for sex with a different guy every night, nearly substantiated lesbian rumors, been to rehab for drug and alcohol abuse, nearly dropped Sean Preston a few times, and put her children’s safety in jeopardy over and over again, then maybe the case could be made for K-Fed only being after the money. Of course he wants the money, and to make sure his kids are safe. K-Fed didn’t engage in a custody battle with Shar Jackson, probably because she’s a better mother than Britney Spears. Sad isn’t it? Who knows, once K-Fed gets the kids, Shar might help him raise his kids, and they will probably turn out better. Britney was raised by a pack of wolves, and look how she turned out. Wolves are so over-rated.

Britney Spears and Alli Sims Together Again

Britney Spears and her former assistant and cousin Alli Sims hit up Winstons in Hollywood the other night. Alli tried to pull a fast one in July when she put up a photoshopped picture that made her look thin, probably because all the kids in school used to say, "hey hey hey, it’s fat Alli."

What’s in those green suckers? Everyone seems to have one in these pictures.

Yes, we know that Britney should be home taking care of her neglected and badly fed children but, with Brit Brit, it’s all about baby steps! Out with cousin Alli, who is trying to become a pop star herself, she actually wore clothes! There is nary a boob or a vajayjay in sight! We’re hoping that this is a glimpse into the future for Britney.

Britney Spears Involved in Assault in Las Vegas

Britney Spears went to Las Vegas, which upset Kevin Federline because he says Britney can’t take the kids out of the state of California without written permission. While staying at Steve Wynn’s hotel/casino a photographer was taking pictures of Britney. Julio Camera, Britney’s bodyguard, shoved the photographer in the chest when the photog then accidentally bumped Sean Preston in the process of falling back. Camera then jumped on the photographer wrestling him to the ground, and started punching him in the face until Wynn security pull the bodyguard off. In the picture you can see the photog lost his shoe. Britney is alleging battery by the photog. The Las Vegas police issue the following statement:

"A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child , who was at that time being held by the security officer."

The body guard beat up a photog after shoving him into Sean Preston. Why doesn’t he file charges against the photog for assaulting his fist with his face, and property damage after ripping his pants while straddling the guy while he’s on the floor? The only person hurting those kids is Britney.

Britney Spears has fired her latest assistant after just three weeks on the job. Shannon Funk, the blond in the pictures, replaced Britney’s cousin Alli Sims, who bailed about a month ago. Shannon was let go because, it turns out, she was the reason for all of Britney’s problems. Turns out it was Shannon who stole almost 16,000 dollars worth of clothes from the OK! magazine shoot last week. Not according to OK! of course, who says Shannon only took one pair of shorts and one tank top. They say it was Britney who walked off with a thousand dollar pair of heels, a 750 dollar Vera Wang dress and a 6000 dollar ring, among other things. Life and Style says:

"Britney felt a lot of her recent troubles started and stopped with Shannon," an insider close to Britney tells Life & Style. â€œBritney thought she was talking badly about her. She was very rude and Britney felt she was letting business emails fall by the wayside.â€

All the trouble Britney had in Las Vegas was after she fired her trouble making assistant, but this time it was the photog’s fault for using his face as a weapon. Before all this Britney was as pure as snow, as sweet as sugar, and as American as applie pie. If other people would just quit ruining Britney’s life she could go back to being a princess.
