Are you friggin’ kidding me??? Richard Blackwell is a fashion critic, journalist, television personality, artist, and former fashion designer known internationally as Mr. Blackwell. He is the creator of the Ten Worst Dressed Women list, an annual awards presentation he unveils in January of each year. He is pretty much a god. Also, Posh is the worst dressed woman ever… I can’t believe ANYBODY would say she is the best dressed woman around… she is always wearing something hideous! She THINKS she looks hot, but truth be told… she pretty gross.
