In December X17 photo agency printed a story that Tony Parker had cheated on his wife Eva Longoria with a whacko named Alexandra Paressant. Tony sued X17 for $20 million. On Friday X17 issued a sort of apology that reads:

"X17 … regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife."

X17 doesn’t want to admit they knowingly printed a false story, because they would then be liable. TMZ reported that X17 never met Alexandra Paressant to confirm the story they ran about Tony and Alexandra cheating. In their effort to gain a bigger audience, X17 went the route of trash tabloid. At least now Tony and Eva have been vindicated. X17 didn’t do their homework, and Tony didn’t cheat.

Eva Longoria and husband Tony Parker, according to a report in Star magazine, had a big fight, and Star says it happens more often than not.

The blowup Star reports on happened just five days before a story broke on X17 claiming that French model Alexandra Paressant had an affair with the married NBA star. Tony an Eva are now suing X17 for reporting a story they knew was fraudulent, and have friends close to Alexandra who say she lied, and has lied like this before. After the reported cheating scandal, Tony proclaimed, “"I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier."

Not so, says partygoer Chris Ramirez, who attended a Christmas soiree at Eva and Tony’s San Antonio home on December 7. Ramirez tells Star magazine of a Tex Mex holiday get-together that took a turn for the worse when Eva and Tony got out into an argument. Ramirez explains, “We were all having a really nice time… I don’t know how it happened, but the conversation got dirty fast. Someone said oral sex should only be between man and wife. Then Tony chimed in, ‘A mouth is a mouth. What’s the difference?’” Tony’s comment sent Eva, 32, into a rage at her 25-year-old husband. “I can’t believe you said that! What do you mean, you’d take oral sex from anyone?”

Ramirez then described a violent aftermath, where Eva slapped her husband across the shoulder, hit him upside the head, and continued to “drink like a fish” for the rest of the evening. Another partygoer described how the spat would end. “She’s mad — tonight Tony’s sleeping in the doghouse.”

According to Star, the “doghouse” is a separate bedroom for Tony, where he keeps photos of the Spurs and his clothing because, “Eva takes up two closets in the master suite, so there’s no room for his clothes.” Apparently, Tony gets sent to the “doghouse” often, as Ramirez described, “It looks really lived in.”

Ramirez said the tension at the party made him not want to go back and, “It was just so much drama, but maybe that’s part of their relationship.”

Eva does seem like she would have a hot temper, but Tony’s money calms her down.

Alexandra Paressant made allegations that she had an affair with Tony Parker, but wife Eva Longoria is standing by her man who says she’s a liar. X17 reported the affair, and they were the only outlet who didn’t question Alexandra’s claims. Now X17 is being sued for $20 million by Tony. Tony Parker was accused of cheating on his new wife Eva Longoria with French model Alexandra Paressant by paparazzi agency scum bags X17, and I can’t think of any paparazzi agency more deserving of losing that lawsuit. Tony filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit in Santa Monica this afternoon against photo agency X17.

In the lawsuit Parker alleges X17 defamed him, claiming, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”

Tony also says that X17 never sought to “verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or….anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations.”

The suit states, “Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant.”

In a statement released yesterday to PageSix, X17 defended the story, saying:

"The journalists at X17 conducted extensive research for the reporting of this story and we felt the evidence was too strong to ignore. Alexandra Paressant’s claims were significant and newsworthy and we are continuing to uncover more details each day in our continued investigation."

Show me the phone records. It’s easy to fake a text message on a phone, but the phone records will show the phone number for text messages sent and received. If X17 doesn’t have those, then they’d better start selling stuff to come up with Tony’s money. Go Tony!

Alexandra Paressant, a french model pictured below, is claiming Tony Parker continued an affair with her two months after marrying Eva Longoria. Alexandra said:

"We had room service. He said that Eva sexually speaking does not want to do certain things. She do [sic] not want to make love in front of a mirror, does not like certain position, and thinks that sperm gives acne."

Alexandra claims to have attended Parker’s wedding with French soccer player Thierry Henry on July 17. Alexandra alleges that after months of phone calls and text messages, she had a September rendezvous in Paris with Tony while he was in town to receive the Legion of Honor, and again in San Antonio in October. She alleges they even met at the Park Hyatt in Paris, the same hotel where Eva’s wedding party stayed. Alexandra sounds like a desperate model who is desperate to get some attention for her flagging career. She seems to like a lot of San Antonio Spurs. Rumors about infidelity aren’t one-sided. Insiders close to Eva told Star magazine this week that they’re getting suspicious about the amount of time she spends with former flame Mario Lopez. When asked about Tony and the model, Eva’s rep said they had "no comment at this time."

Maybe they have an open marriage. Eva spends Tony’s money like water, and Tony has a pretty wife. Are these two even in love?

The couple’s rep said the allegations of cheating are “completely, 100 percent false and untrue.”

In a statement to People, Parker said, “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.” Meanwhile, Eva tells the mag, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.”
