This time Madonna is denying having an affair with Alex Rodriguez, and also denies she is divorcing Guy Ritchie. Madonna said in her statement:

"My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study. I have learned over the years not to take accusations and the many false reports about me very seriously. I also appreciate how fiction and fact seem to be perceived as one and the same by people who read both newspapers and the Internet.”

Cynthia Rodriguez doesn’t believe Madonna even if Guy Ritchie does.

Cynthia Rodriguez has hired Houston lawyer Earle Lilly to end her marriage to Alex Rodriguez, according to WABC in New York. Earle said Cynthia will file suit tomorrow morning in Dade County Florida Family Court, and that A-Rod’s "relationship with Madonna was the final straw for Mrs. Rodriguez." You read that correctly, Cynthia believes the rumor that says A-Rod was having an affair with Madonna, or at the very least she’s using that as an excuse to divorce A-Rod. A source said:

"Cynthia has left Alex. Let’s see if she goes for the divorce. He did make her sign a prenup."

Not only that, but let’s see if infidelity holds up in court. In most states cheating isn’t a divorcable offense, but it doesn’t encourage good will from the court either. Another source said:

"The embarrassment over Madonna was the last straw. She flew to Paris to get out of town before everything blew up between them. There is no affair with Lenny Kravitz. They are good friends.’"

Oh realllllly. Well if Cynthia believes the rumor of an affair between her husband and Madonna, then why shouldn’t we believe the affair rumor between Cynthia and Kravitz? It’s only fair.

Lenny Kravitz was rumored to have gone on a romantic holiday with Cynthia Rodriguez (34), who is the wife of Alex Rodriguez, aka A-Rod. Alex Rodriguez himself was also rumored to have been having an affair with Madonna, but he and Madonna have denied that rumor. Cynthia Rodriguez’s mother, Evangeline Scurtis, denied the rumor her daughter had gone on a romantic getaway with rocker Lenny Kravitz in Paris. Scurtis told The Daily News:

"She is not! I know that."

When asked about a possible split, Cynthia’s mother, Evangeline Scurtis, told the paper, "No comment."

Kravitz also issued a statement of denial Thursday. Kravitz said:

"Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex’s trainer, his wife and their baby girl. She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer."

Alex and Cynthia Rodriguez were married in November 2002 and have two children, Natasha Alexander and Ella Alexander, who was born April 21.

While reports are telling the story that Madonna (49) and Guy Ritchie will be getting divorced, New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez (32), aka A-Rod, has been making night-time visits to Madonna, and sneaks out "as late as midnight."

Rodriguez attended Madonna’s April 30 NYC concert. Madonna sat in A-Rod’s seats at a Yankees game on June 22, and it was the first time she ever was photographed at a Yankees game. Her son Rocco (7) also sported Yankees gear on June 25 while playing in Central Park.

Rodriguez, who is married with two young daughters, has already faced speculation about cheating. In 2007, he and a stripper were reportedly spied in Toronto, Miami and Dallas.

Neither Madonna, nor Ritchie, have been wearing their wedding rings.

Madonna’s spokeswoman, Liz Rosenberg, has released this statement rejecting reports that the singer’s marriage to Guy Ritchie is on the rocks:

"Madonna’s husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family, and is not in a last ditch attempt to save his marriage which does not need saving. There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce."

Rosenberg also denied a published report of a relationship between the Madonna and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez:

"Madonna and Alex have the same manager, Guy Oseary. They have met. They know each other and Madonna took her kids to a Yankees game last week. There’s really not anything to comment on beyond that."

Rosenberg added:

"It’s nothing new that people are airing tons of dirty laundry Madonna’s way lately, much of it untrue. By the way, rumors of Madonna and Lil Wayne are quite exaggerated as well."

Yeah, maybe because Lil Wayne hits for the other team.
