Adrian Grenier and Isabel Lucas three weeks ago, right after the accident that left Shia LaBeouf with a crushed hand. A source said:

"It wasn’t working out. Adrian saw her with Shia and that was kind of it, the crash, their hanging out. He obviously didn’t appreciate it."

Lucas was going home with Shia the night of the accident, even though she was dating Adrian. She’s a cheater. Only yesterday we saw Lucas with Shia again.

Shia LaBeouf still has his pinky finger, and he’s still spending a lot of time with his Transformers 2 costar Isabel Lucas, who was with Shia in the car accident that damaged his hand. Adrian Grenier must trust his girlfriend Isabel a lot, since she spends more time with Shia, than she does with Adrian.

Isabel Lucas was the girl who was in the truck on Sunday at about 3 am when Shia LaBeouf got into an accident after drinking too much. Lucas was back on the Transformers 2 set today after suffering only minor injuries from the accident. Shia had to undergo extensive left hand surgery, but his mother says he is doing fine.

Lucas has been dating Adrian Grenier, from Entourage, for months. A source said:

"She was in the car….They’re friends. The two have been working a lot of late nights on the set and most likely were together to let off some professional steam."

Uh huh, riiiight. Blow off some steam at 3 am on their way back to Shia’s place. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

Shia told Details magazine’s September issue that he and his dad used to drink and smoke together. Shia said:

"We would drink together and smoke together, and it’s just a bad deal. It’s not something that is conducive to being a role model—no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don’t know how to do it like a gentleman. I don’t know how to have one drink."

Shia’s biggest problem is impulse control. If he wants to smoke he does, if he wants to drink he does, if he wants to go out with someone else’s girlfriend he does. Shia loves trouble, but his career won’t last long if he doesn’t kick that habit.

Lindsay Lohan was partying on Tuesday in West Hollywood, when after a few too many drinks she got that itch. First she went after former boyfriend Adrian Grenier, who got Linday off of him just in time for his girlfriend to show up. Lindsay then went after Leonardo DiCaprio, who appears to be more interested in avoiding shots of penicillin these days. Leonardo ignored Lindsay.

Adrian Grenier was spotted making out with Paris Hilton in Las Vegas over the weekend, but he doesn’t want to admit he got past first base. Here’s more:

Men usually understand when another man needs to wet his weenie, and the girl isn’t so hot, but no one can condone risking having Mr. weenie rot and fall off after doing Paris, especially when there are plenty of other tuna in the sea.
