Adnan Ghalib’s wife, AzLynn Berry, has come forward to deny any part in the effort to take advantage of a mentally ill Britney Spears.

AzLynn, who is separated from the paparazzi Ghalib, has reportedly moved out of Los Angeles to Encino, California, to escape the craziness surrounding Britney and her ex. She told Access Hollywood in a phone interview, "I was chased down the street by two men in a BMW."

In 2006 Azlynn finished second runner-up, out of 348 girls, in the National Face of Glamour Competition.

A neighbor is on record saying that Adnan and AzLynn "have an arrangement," and AzLynn’s MySpace page says she’s "in a relationship." If all that is true then Azlynn may be lying to cover for her husband. Guilty by association.

Britney Spears is back home after spending the weekend in Santa Barbara with married paparazzi Adnan Ghalib, and already Britney is in trouble. People reports:

After finally returning to her Studio City home from her forced hospitalization, Britney Spears ventured out in her car Monday evening, only to end up with a flat tire. Driving her white Mercedes and accompanied by her assistant, Spears, 26, popped a tire in Brentwood after visiting a drug store. With the paparazzi on her tail, she continued to drive with the flat a few miles down the road without her lights on, and even passed by a gas station.

The singer’s flat caused mayhem for the LA traffic. On her way back to her house, Spears pulled over and was met by police officers who allowed her to abandon her vehicle on the side of the road.

Spears was given a ride away from the scene, not by the police, but by photographers who had been trailing her.

The Spears family cancelled their appearance on Dr. Phil’s show. Life & Style reports:

Britney Spears’ dad Jamie Spears has angrily banned the family from any involvement or participation with Dr. Phil’s planned Britney-intervention episode, a source linked to Dr. Phil’s camp tells Life & Style.

“As soon as Jamie realized Dr. Phil was making public statements about Britney, including assessments of her condition, he got angry. He started making phone calls to everybody in the family, telling them not to cooperate with Dr. Phil.

“Jamie was totally incensed that Dr. Phil—who he knows a little, because Lynne is friends with Dr. Phil’s wife—seemed to be using Britney for self-promotion.

“Dr. Phil had told Jamie everything would be off the record until the show was done.

“But after Jamie made his phone calls, Lynne and Bryan [their son] agreed not to appear on Dr. Phil’s show.”

Jamie was right to cancel the family appearance. He should be with Britney 24/7 to make sure she doesn’t get into more trouble.

Britney Spears is currently on the road to pay a visit to her manager Sam Lutfi. Friends say Sam is the only person Britney will listen to. Sounds crazy.

While Britney faces another crisis in her life, Britney’s mother Lynne Spears is more than 3,000 miles away in Kentwood, Louisiana, doing nothing for Britney. Lynne’s parenting has only produced extremely troubled children, so it’s better that Lynne just stays away from Britney while she gets her life together. Right now Lynne needs to stay close to her next meal ticket, Jamie Lynn Spears. Although Britney’s father Jamie Spears has been at Britney’s side during this crisis, she’s is already not listening to anyone again. If Sam saves Britney he could turn his very negative public image around.

Update: Now Sam is looking for Britney after she didn’t show up. Sam is rumored to be worried that Britney may be going to see her bang buddy and paparazzi Adnan Ghalib. It’s rumored that Britney may also be at Dr. Phil’s house, but when asked his wife wouldn’t say if Britney was there. I hope she is.
