Britney Spears arrived at court late today after circling the block, got out, went inside, then left the courthouse without ever entering the courtroom. This was the day Britney needed to explain to the commissioner she isn’t crazy, and is fit to have visitation with her children, but she doesn’t care about her kids. Britney had her day in court, and skipped it. Britney brought along Sam Lutfi, and her boy toy Adnan Ghalib, but the way she was dressed was even more inappropriate.

Britney screamed at the crowd of paparazzi, and even though the LAPD said they wouldn’t provide security for her, they still showed up.

After leaving the courthouse Britney went and had lunch, visited a church, then went home. She’ll probably be back out partying tonight.

The next hearing will be on February 19, and that will probably be about how Britney still won’t go in for deposition questioning. If Britney continues to be stupid, and I mean a complete Bridiot, she could lose the majority of her cash and assets. It’s nearly impossible for a mother to lose their visitation rights, let alone custody of the kids, but Britney did it, and she can now say losing custody was the most successful thing she did in 2007. In 2008 however, Britney may be able to add that she lost almost everything she had in divorce court. It’s surreal to see a woman go through what the majority of husbands go through on a daily basis.

Some day they’ll make a movie about how self destructive Britney is.

Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib were at Macy’s yesterday afternoon, and again she caused a media frenzy. Britney had a few nice things to say though, "Get out of my f**king face!," and "I’m f**king over it!" If she was so over it, Britney would stay home to avoid the media.

Britney and Kevin Federline are due in court today to find out if her visitation rights will be reinstated. Commissioner Scott Gordon is expected to reinstate Britney’s visitation with very limited and brief visits.

Yep, you read that right. In spite of everything that transpired on January 4, the bathroom standoff, the bruises that were reportedly on Jayden’s body, the involuntary hospitalization and Britney’s bizarre behavior over the last week, sources close to the singer’s attorney, Anne Kiley, anticipate that at today’s child-custody hearing, Commissioner Gordon will issue a visitation schedule consisting of, at the most, three two-hour visits a week conducted in the presence of a court-appointed monitor.

Reports say Sean and Jayden don’t miss Britney at all.

Britney Spears is being urged by her legal team to show up for the court hearing scheduled for tomorrow. Commissioner Scott Gordon expects Britney to explain her crazy behavior, and involuntary 5150 mental health admission to a psychiatric unit. If Britney doesn’t show, and give adequate explanation, the commissioner may strip her of all visitation until the divorce trial in April.

If Britney does show up for court the Sheriff’s Department say they won’t give her any assistance. The Sheriff’s Department says Britney has been "totally uncooperative" with them. The biggest issue for law enforcement is knowing when she will show up. They can’t just use tax payer money to be on standby for a private citizen. The Sheriff’s Department says they will only work out assistance with Britney’s attorney.

Although it seems that Britney’s appearance won’t change the outcome of the hearing, she still needs to make the effort if she cares about her kids. Britney doesn’t even need the Sheriff’s Deptartment anyway, since her boy toy paparazzi Adnan Ghalib seems to be able to handle everyone for her, judging by the video above.

In case you’re wondering, Britney wanted to wear only the shoes, because she was hot, but her boyfriend talked her into putting this outfit on.

Britney Spears is not in New York as first reported. In fact Britney faked everyone out, and actually went to Mexico with Adnan Ghalib. News came out the other day that Britney’s family would commit her to a psychiatric facility whether voluntarily or involuntarily. That’s going to be difficult since she’s out of the country. Adnan had to have been the one to come up with this plan, which worked, because Britney just isn’t that smart.
