It turns out that the rumor spread by Sam Lutfi that Britney Spears had taken out a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib was in fact just a rumor. The two were spotted hitting a motorcycle with Adnan driving Britney’s white mercedes even after Adnan just sold his tell-all story to the media. Britney is probably get some of the money again.

Adnan gave a two part interview to ET, and said that he want to marry Britney, and when she was looking at pregnancy tests she said she wished she was pregnant. The pictures of Britney and the pregnancy test were staged, and Britney got some of the money. She’s cashing in on the pictures since her music albums aren’t making much. Adnan said in his interview:

On her hospitalization following a Jan. 3 standoff with police: "She didn’t understand why she was taken to the hospital," he said. "She didn’t feel the need to be there." As for the photographs of Spears laughing as she was wheeled out on a gurney, "I think she was just afraid of what was going to happen. It doesn’t mean you are crazy."

On Spears being photographed buying a pregnancy test: "She has a very maternal instinct," Ghalib said of their recent Rite Aid run. (Photos of the trip were sold by his own photo agency, FinalPixx.) "She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant. I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child."

On losing visitation rights with her kids Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1: "Her primary focus is on re-establishing a relationship with [them]," he said. "She doesn’t talk about a strategy to get them back. That’s something that’s very private to her. She loves those kids – it pains her a lot "

On Britney’s mental state: "She is not crazy at all," he said, despite reports claiming that she is bipolar and has suffered from postpartum depression. (Some have even suggested she may have multiple personalities.) He also dismissed talk that Spears wrote a suicide note before her January meltdown. "She never has suicidal tendencies," he said. "You’ve got to understand the love she has for her kids outweighs anything else."

Britney Spears sat for more than 2 hours today answering questions from Mark Vincent Kaplan for her divorce deposition, and she looked totally in control. Adnan was also not around. Maybe the restraining order rumor is true.

Simon Cowell thinks Britney Spears mental health problems are all an act. Simon says:

“Everyone thinks it’s breakdown this and breakdown that,” Simon says. But he isn’t buying it. “From the kind of stunts she’s pulling now, I think she is the puppet master and completely in control."

“I really felt for her at one point, I thought she was heading for a meltdown and everything was out of control, but — especially over the past week, I thought she was honestly in control and, more to the point, wants to be in control.”

“You don’t walk into a church surrounded by the media the day you’re supposed to be in court fighting for your kids just so that you’ve got another picture unless you are totally aware of what you are doing,” he says, “and in my opinion Britney is.”

“If you don’t want to get any press attention, just keep your head down, don’t drive yourself anywhere and sit in the back of blacked-out limousine,” Simon says. “But if she thinks she knows what she is doing, then good luck to her.”

Britney certainly looked lucid today, so maybe Simon has a valid point.

Britney Spears photographer boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, was surprised to learn of rumors that the pop star has requested a restraining order against him.

"All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning," Ghalib says in a message posted on the Web site of his employer, FinalPixx. "The reason being, that I have has to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears."

The news of a the supposed restraining order came from two paparazzi who were invited into Spears’s home at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, and spent several hours with the singer and her longtime friend Sam Lutfi.

According to one of the photographers, Lutfi said that they’d filed a request for a restraining order against Ghalib because they want him "out of Britney’s life."

"Britney asked us to leave the cameras in the car, and? she poured some champagne for us. She was very sweet," said one of the photographers. "Sam was telling us to not worry about Adnan because they have filed a restraining order against ?him."

The Los Angeles police department says they are "not aware" of any emergency protective orders issued against Ghalib. The L.A. Sheriff’s department also says no order was issued.

Britney Spears was spotted wearing an engagement ring. Britney wears different rings all the time, and hasn’t been spotted at a jewelry store. Click here to see a better picture of the ring. There is growing speculation she’s engaged to Adnan Ghalib, even though both Britney and Adnan are still legally married. Even more likely, Britney appears to be trying to get pregnant, or is pregnant. She bought a pregnancy test the other day. It’s doubtful she’ll give up smoking just for the baby.

Britney Spears’ latest crazy behavior happened in the middle of an upscale clothing store!

On Jan. 13, the troubled pop star and her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib hit up the Betsey Johnson store at the Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks, Calif., where they caused a disturbing commotion.

Britney grabbed dresses from the racks and disappeared into a dressing room with Adnan. Moments later, Britney came out completely naked, shocking salesclerks!

"I was blown away. Britney’s private parts were right in front of me!" a store employee tells Life & Style.

"I grabbed a dress to cover her and she screamed, ’Get away from me! Don’t you f—— come near me!’ says the employee.

"Then she disappeared in the dressing room with Adnan for 45 minutes. They were making weird noises. It was disgusting."

When Britney and Adnan stumbled out, Britney mumbled something unintelligible. "I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent," says the employee. "Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone.

"Then she muttered, ’F— you!’ and left the store."

Britney treats others the way she would like to be treated.

News has now surfaced that Adnan Ghalib is a muslim who has fought in several wars against Christians. Adnan is dangerous, which is why the paparazzi listen to him, and Britney should stay away from him. The U.K.’s Daily Mail is reporting that Britney is paying Adnan to be her personal assistant 24/7, and her bodyguard.

Adnan Ghalib fought in Afganistan, Kosovo, and Macedonia, and "is a trained weapons expert so he’d make a good bodyguard," a source said. The source also said that Adnan often spoke about other celebs’ bodyguards and seemed to know much more about security and how to enforce it than other paps. The United States military has been involved in both Afganistan where the Muslim Taliban was overthrown, and Kosovo where Muslims were at war with Christians from Serbia during the Clinton presidency. Britney likes danger, so she’ll stay close to Adnan. It’s a good thing Sean Preston and Jayden James are staying with their dad.
