Britney Spears was released from the UCLA Medical Center psychiatric unit on Wednesday against the objection by Britney’s psychiatrist, Dr. Deborah Nadel. A "court representative" found "no just cause" to continue to hold Britney. Just cause would be if Britney posed a danger to herself, others, or property. Perhaps the court representative was born yesterday, and has never read or seen any news on Britney, or then again, maybe Chris Crocker knocked the real court rep out and let Britney go himself. The court rep needs a psych evaluation his or herself.

Britney Spears’s parents strongly objected to her discharge from the psychiatric hospital, saying they "believe her life is presently at risk."

Jamie and Lynne Spears expressed their fears in a joint statement issued Wednesday night:

As parents of an adult child in the throes of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe.

We are deeply concerned about our daughter’s safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded.

We ask only that the court’s orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted.

After going home yesterday afternoon, Britney drove around a while causing all kinds of chaos on the roads. Then she kicked a bodyguard, aka Britney sitter, her parents hired out of her car, and had a paparazzi drive her to the Beverly Hills Hotel where she met Adnan Ghalib. Adnan then drove Britney over to Adam Streisand’s office. Adam is the attorney who said he was hired by Britney to legally contest her father’s legal conservator power of her, and her estate. Adnan’s employer, Finalpixx, snuck Britney and Adnan out the back of Adam’s office.

Jamie Spears, Britney’s father, is rumored to be moving in with Britney, and the bodyguard, and as well as someone else may have been hired as Britney sitters to make sure she doesn’t associate with bad people, and doesn’t hurt herself.

Later today, Streisand is believed to be planning to petition Commissioner Reva Goetz to have an evidentary hearing to prove Britney is, indeed, mentally competent to retain her own counsel. Jamie is also expected in court, where it’s thought he’ll be asking to have the conservator’s orders enforced, so that his oldest daughter can get the medical treatment she needs.

Lurking in the background is Sam Lutfi, who hired Michael Sands, the former media consultant for Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Sands was hired to rehab Lutfi’s image.

Jamie Spears is still the co-conservator of the Britney Spears estate, as is Andrew Wallet. Jamie was unsuccessful so far in firing Britney’s attorneys from Trope, who had asked to withdraw at one time, but now are suddenly fighting to stay on the case. The Commissioner did not give the conservators the power to fire Trope and Trope, Britney’s divorce lawyers.

The Commissioner said, based on the restraining order, Sam Lutfi can have no contact whatsoever with Britney, including e-mails, phone contact, etc. The commissioner learned on Monday that Lutfi had talked to Britney over the phone despite a restraining order that is on file, but so far Lutfi has avoided being legally served, which is why he doesn’t have a warrant for his arrest for the phone call.

The Commissioner extended the conservatorship to Valentine’s Day.

The Commissioner said Adam Streisand had no legal basis for claiming he’s Britney’s new lawyer. There will be a hearing at some point to determine just how mentally competent Britney is.

Adnan Ghalib brought his own cameraman, and pink roses when he tried to pay a visit to Britney at UCLA Medical Center. Adnan was not allowed to see Britney. He’s such an opportunist.

Michael Sands, who is the man hired by Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, to field media calls has been subpoenaed in the Britney Spears case.

Britney’s lawyers, Trope and Trope, drafted the subpoena. Sands’ personal lawyer, Randolph W. Wright, won’t say whether the info Sands has is protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Britney Spears remains in the psychiatric unit at UCLA Medical Center, aka Ronald Reagan Medical Center, and her mom Lynne Spears says she is doing fine. Contrary to early morning rumors, Britney is alive and well, and not dead. Lynne said yesterday she would like to take Britney back to Louisiana. Apparently it’s safe back where Britney grew up, because the only bad thing that ever happens there is sixteen year-old girls get mysteriously pregnant.

Once admitted to the Psych unit Britney threw a screaming fit for about two hours. Britney said her mother was only trying to get her committed because her mother wanted to sleep with her "boyfriend." She didn’t say Adnan specifically, and Sam Lutfi and the Spears parents never really got along, and it’s not because of sexual tension. In fact, this morning Sam brought Britney dinner for two from In-N-Out (a great burger fast food joint). Doctors took Britney off all her medications, some are calling detox, but it’s not exactly. In order for doctors to properly evaluate Britney they need to see what she’s like without the medications. The psychiatrist evaluating Britney is Dr. Deborah Nadel, who is said to be very competent.

Outside the Spears circle, a paparazzi for Splash News quit, citing the fact that the frenzy around Britney is unethical, and may cause an even bigger tragedy. AMEN!

On a side note, Adnan married a U.S. citizen, but they separated only 83 days after he arrived in the U.S. His second married may not be valid since he may not have been divorced from his first wife. Although he could technically be deported, it’s doubtful that would ever happen. With all the illegal immigrants running around Los Angeles, it would be unfair to single out Adnan.

Britney Spears and Sam Lutfi got into a huge, "really ugly" fight. Britney and Sam drove up to the gate of her house when she suddenly jumped out of the car crying. Britney’s paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib said he got a frantic call from a hysterical Brit at that moment, pleading with him, "Baby, can you come pick me up??" Adnan told us he told her to go into her house and he would be right over. When he arrived, however, he was told in no uncertain terms that he was not allowed to enter the gate, the guards were under strict orders from Sam not to let him in. He’s tried calling each of her six cell phones and the house phone, but she’s not answering. Sam sent the text messages you see above to Adnan.

The LAPD were called to the scene for what they initially said was a person trying to get access to the grounds without permission. However, the LAPD were actually called to contain the paparazzi crush that was trying to film the fight, not for one specific person.

Adnan Ghalib’s photo agency employer FinalPixx said:

"The truth is that Sam Lutfi started an argument with Britney and the two ended up in a screaming fight. Sam continued to verbally abuse Britney as she sat barefoot on the curb at her Summit home crying holding her dog London.

"Britney called Adnan for help and he heard the distress in her voice and drove to the Summit immediately. While outside the gates he was denied access as Sam Lutfi had informed the guards that he was not allowed entry. When Adnan then tried to call Britney it seems that Sam had turned all of her cell phones off."

Despite Lutfi’s efforts Britney still met up with Ghalib later last night. Last night, Britney’s mom, Lynne, her dad, Jamie, cousin Alli, as well as Sam Lutfi, and Adnan Ghalib all showed up at Britney’s house and were all there at the same time. Also Last night, Britney, Lynne, and Lutfi left the house at some point to go to Long’s Drugstore. Maybe Britney needed to get her prescription filled.

Word is that Britney’s family is trying to stage an intervention to get Britney real psychiatric help, but that can only be accomplished if Britney is willing to go along with the plans.

Adnan turned away at the gate, and cops arrive to disperse paparazzi.

In one interview with Entertainment Tonight, Adnan Ghalib agreed that he and Britney Spears are like Princess Diana, and Dodi Fayed. Adnan also said Britney got her British accent from him. Then Adnan said several things that he may regret. Adnan said Britney would be upset if he was selling pictures of her, he then denied he sold any pictures of Britney, and he said "the truth always come out, you can never bury the truth, it’ll surface in time." Now there’s a rumor he’s shopping around an intimate tape:

CLIP No1 shows Britney sitting on her bed wearing a nightie. She talks about herself in the third person and rambles about her childhood. She’s heard saying:

"When Britney was a child, she had to work really hard. When she was 13 years old, she won all the beauty pageants."

CLIP No2 shows Brit wrapped in a white bath towel, again perched on the edge of the bed. Talking to thin air, she mumbles:

"Britney has an angel looking out for her, don’t you, angel?"

CLIP No3 sees a Britney talking to Adnan, who’s holding the camera, and calling him by his pet name Bubba.

She smiles: "I’m really happy. Bubba’s here for me now. It’s all good."

Adnan is still withholding CLIP No4 and CLIP No5 but CLIP No6, filmed last week, shows Britney crying hysterically after a night out.

Adnan wants to sound believable, but the look in his eyes gives him away. Does anyone honestly believe Adnan is so independently wealthy that he can completely give up working as a paparazzi to hang out with Britney?
