Conrad Murray Speaks
Dr. Conrad Murray, who admits to giving Michael Jackson the propofol that killed him, recorded this message to thank supporters for their support.
The video was made last Wednesday in Houston, Texas, and arranged by the publicist employed by Dr. Murray’s lawyer.
As Dr. Murray attempts to excuse his responsibility in Michael’s death, Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is considering a wrongful death lawsuit, most likely against Murray.
Also of Note, Michael will be buried, finally, on his birthday August 29, which also happens to be my birthday.
Mark Lester Claims He is Paris Jackson Father

Mark Lester (51) made a video saying he thinks he is the father of Paris Jackson, who Michael Jackson had in his custody when he died. Lester says Michael asked him to donate sperm, and he believes he fathered Paris. Lester offered to take a Paternity test to find out the truth.
We believe Lester, but odds are the lawyers will prevent any of the biological parents from getting near those children who are heirs to Michael’s estate.
Michael Jackson was black. Paris has blue eyes, and white skin. Michael is not the father. All these people played God in these children’s lives. This isn’t what fertility clinics were meant to be used for.
Is a life of wealth worth not knowing who your parents are?
Michael Jackson Toxicology Report

The Michael Jackson toxicology report results show that Jackson had several antianxiety drugs in his system, but also a lethal amount of Propofol, which Dr. Conrad Murray admits to administering. The autopsy showed a lot of needle marks that would be consistent with saline lock, or heparin lock, starts to administer the propofol.
Murray claimed to have fallen asleep, and when he awoke Jackson was dead, so he started CPR. Sounds like manslaughter, as well as negligent malpractice. In my experience, propofol is almost never given to anyone who is not on a ventilator to assist their breathing.
John Branca and John McClain, who are overseeing Jackson’s estate, were able to get Jackson’s insurance policy cashed out for $3 million dollars before the autopsy results were officially released.
Unfortunately the Lloyd’s of London policy, taken out by AEG in case Jackson didn’t perform his London concerts, did not cover death related to illegal drug use. The policy states:
"This insurance does not cover any loss directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed, to, by or resulting from … the illegal possession or illicit taking of drugs and their effects."
Propofol could have been considered to have been illegally possessed since it is not to be administered outside of a hospital setting with emergency equipment close by.
A decision on the AEG policy has not yet been made.
The special administrators for the Jackson estate also got approval from a judge to sell all kinds of Jackson merchandise before people stop caring, all the proceeds of which will go to the estate. Get your Michael Jackson lunch box, and Halloween masks now, before they sell out.
Arnold Klein Wants Visitation with Michael Jackson Children

Dr. Arnold Klein, who was Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, had his attorney appear in court to request visitation of the two oldest children in Michael’s custody at the time of his death. Klein’s attorney released the following statement:
At 9:15 AM today, August 3, 2009, we appeared on behalf of Dr. Arnold Klein before Judge Mitchell Beckloff in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Probate Department 5, to ask the Court to allow Dr. Klein to have an opportunity to present evidence to the Court for its consideration in fashioning an appropriate guardianship order with specific protection and supervision in areas relating to Paris Katherine and Prince Michael’s upbringing that were of particular concern to Michael. Dr. Klein is not objecting to Katherine Jackson being the guardian nominee, but was acting on promises he made to Michael with respect to assuring the long term health and stability of the children and their ability to enjoy as normal of a life out of the spotlight as could be reasonably possible.
Dr. Klein has always had a special relationship with Paris Katherine and Prince Michael, loves and cares deeply for these children and is looking out for their best interest. Dr. Klein has been involved with the children in sharing holidays and other special events and wishes to have the ability to continue his involvement as a very close friend of their father and offers his guidance and protection forever.
Dr. Klein will make no further comments regarding this issue and asks the media to respect the privacy of the children.
Those words sound like they are coming from the children’s father, not from a friend of the family. It seems so obvious now.
Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson Reach Custody Agreement
,
Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson reached a deal where Katherine will have full custody of the three children in Michael Jackson’s custody at the time of his death, including the two oldest children whom Rowe claims are her biological children. Attorney Eric George said on behalf of Rowe:
"The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome. The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children. I’m proud to have worked with such professionals who represented Ms. Jackson, and I am particularly proud of Deborah for her integrity and selflessness."
Katherine Jackson’s attorneys, L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman, said:
"Mrs. Jackson and the family are pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner by the parties and their representatives. We were all united in our goals to do what is best for Michael’s wonderful children, and both Mrs. Jackson and Debbie Rowe were on the exact same page. Accordingly, although important issues had to be resolved, this was no legal contest but rather simply a process doing the right thing for the right reasons."
Under the terms of the parties’ agreement:
Katherine Jackson shall be the guardian for the minor children.
Deborah Rowe shall exercise visitation rights with the two oldest children, Prince, 11, and Paris, 12. The timing, frequency and manner of visits shall be implemented according to the best interests of the children, as determined by a child psychologist selected jointly, and paid jointly, by Katherine Jackson and Deborah Rowe.
The parties have neither sought nor agreed to any compensation to be exchanged, apart from the continuation of spousal support payments that had previously been personally agreed to between Michael Jackson and Deborah Rowe.
As long as Rowe keeps getting her checks she won’t make any trouble, and she also will not give up her parental rights as so many reports falsely claimed. Her parental rights guarantee her income.
There was a lot of speculation that Janet Jackson would get custody of the children, which could still happen if Katherine dies before all the children reach 18 years-old.
