Doctor Conrad Murray pled not guilty today when he was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson at his arraignment hearing. Involuntary manslaughter carries a maximum of 4 years in prison.

Dr. Murray will be booked into jail today, and bail was set by judge at $75,000, which is three times the normal bail schedule, but much less than the $300,000 the district attorney requested. The judge ordered Dr. Murray must surrender his passport to the court, restricted Murray’s medical license whereas he cannot use anesthetic agents such as propofol or heavy sedatives that would be given by an anesthesiologist to put a patient to sleep.

Murray appear again before the court on April 5, 2010.

The Michael Jackson death certificate leaked online, and it calls Jackson’s death a homicide caused by acute propofol intoxication. Since the release of the death certificate a lot of reports have come out saying that Dr. Conrad Murray would be charged, but so far those reports have been false.

On Friday afternoon, Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the L.A. district attorney’s office, said that recent reports claiming Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s physician, will be indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter are false. “Nothing has changed,” Robison said. “It’s a bogus report. We don’t have the case.”

A spokeswoman for Dr. Murray also released the following statement:

“We have refused to comment on stories involving unnamed sources and will continue to do so. However, we can confirm that we have not received notice of an impaneled grand jury and Dr. Murray has not been invited to testify. J. Michael Flanagan was added to Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense team this past week. His offices are in Glendale, California.”

Flanagan is the attorney who represented Britney Spears in a hit-and-run case. He told the AP he once also successfully defended a nurse who was acquitted in a Los Angeles trial after being accused of administering propofol to a patient who died.

It would make sense if the District Attorney were trying to build a case to charge Dr. Murray with manslaughter, which would no doubt cost Murray his license to practice medicine.

Michael Jackson had a painting made for him that shows him half clothed with unclothed little boys. The New York Post wrote:

"In a 1999 painting he commissioned, Michael Jackson strikes the same pose as Michelangelo’s statue of David with rippling abs, bulging pecs and smooth, marble-white skin, surrounded by a bevy of male cherubs.
�He thought it was great with a little �tongue-in-cheek’ flavor,� (said artist) David Nordahl."

This doesn’t do much to defend Michael’s reputation from claims he liked little boys. From the picture it appears Michael liked to appear white.

Stevie Wonder broke down into tears at about the 1:35 mark in the video clip where he sang a The Way You Make Me Feel as a tribute to Michael Jackson.

John Legend accompanied Stevie on piano at their Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame 25TH Anniversary performance.

Dawn Kelley (24) and William Hickman (29) believe they can see Michael Jackson’s face on their seventh baby’s ultrasound, and the baby is a girl. Mr Hickman said:

"We were looking at the pictures again, and I just saw Jacko there. None of us are really Michael Jackson fans. I mean I like him, but we’re not crazy about him or anything."

Dawn said:

"I’ve had plenty of scans before and none of the photos have ever looked like this one. It’s a bit spooky really. But it is my seventh child, and they say seven is a mythical number."

Anyone who describes Michael Jackson as "Jacko" is a super fan. Anyone who says "we’re not crazy about him" is crazy about Michael.

Focus on your soon-to-be seven kids, and quit obsessing over Michael Jackson, he’s dead, you’re kids are not.
