50 Cent Sues Shaniqua Tomkins

50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, has filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex Shaniqua Tomkins for falsely claiming he burned down his own house that Tomkins was living in. The New York Daily News reports:
"There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods," 50’s lawyer, Brett Kimmel, tells us. "Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son."
The hip-hop king (real name, Curtis Jackson) charges that since the fire, Tompkins has refused to let him see Marquise or tell him where he’s living.
Another Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.
It would make more sense though, for 50 Cent to sue Tomkins to see his son, which is what I would care about more than defamation of character.
50 Cent Cannot Sell Burned Down House

A judge today ruled that 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, cannot sell the $2 million house on Long Island that burned to the ground, at least not until the cause of the fire is determined. The insurance money for the home will go into a trust until his the case in which Shaniqua Tompkins claim on the house is also decided.
Outside the courthouse, Tompkins only commented that the house was hers, but this time she didn’t accuse Jackson of burning down the house. We think Tomkins, or her boyfriend, did it.
50 Cent Pees

50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, may drive an expensive car, but he pees in public places when there’s no bathroom, just like the rest of us.
Shaniqua Tompkins and the Gas Can

Shaniqua Tompkins was back at the home that burned to the ground, to pick up some belongings. While there she once again said 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, needs to call his 10 year-old son to see how he is.
Tompkins accused 50 Cent of setting the fire. Police found a 5-gallon gas container on the property shortly after the fire erupted. Earlier in the week, Shaniqua’s new boyfriend, who recently moved into the house that burned, got into a fight with 50 Cent’s bodyguards at a lawyers office, and trashed the office.
The fire is still under investigation. I suspect Tompkins of setting the fire. If 50 Cent had set the fire he wouldn’t have deliberately left a gas container behind as evidence.
50 Cent Denies Tompkins Allegations

Shaniqua Tompkins suggested yesterday that 50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, burned down his house with her living in it to try to kill her, so 50 cent’s lawyer Brett Kimmel released the following statement:
"Any suggestion that Mr. Jackson had anything whatsoever to do with the fire at his home is outrageous and offensive."
With allegations like this Tompkins better pray investigators don’t point the finger at her. Greed is ugly.
