    I don’t think there’s any co-relationship between the colorful cloud and the earthquake. The colorful cloud in Chinese tradition is a possitive sign which symbolic good fortune and prosperity. Maybe it is god or goddess apprear on the sky…or simply just like the rainbow appears on the sky after the rain.
