Are you a real trekkie? It is cast in an earlier time so, yes they would have some products. I really don't think these two companies care if they don't get anything from you. You probably never used their products anyway. I loved it. One of the best prequels in a long time.

Loved the movie, but RESENTED seeing Nokia and hearing about Budweiser. What a huge violation of this much beloved product-free space-time continuum. How RUDE!!!! Even if those two corps were big sponsors, they'll get NOTHING from me for interfering in one of my favorite alternative universes, where only INVENTED products are welcome. Corporate JERKS, who made this heinous decision: how crass can you be? How insulting to intelligent and creative trekkies. That's the kind of crap you put in movies for less discerning, reflexive-shopper-mentality audiences. Took me right out of the theater at that moment. HURT the escape, big time. Gene R would have despised that commercial intrusion, too, I'm sure. DISGUSTING, Nope-kia and Budstupider.
