Spencer Pratt Sister an Ex Convict

Spencer Pratt has a sister named Stephanie Pratt who came to visit him on Monday while filming for The Hills was taking place. Star Magazine did a little digging and found out why Stephanie has been keeping such a low profile till now. Stephanie was arrested for drugs and shoplifting.
