Shia LaBeouf Not At Fault in Accident
Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for the crash on Sunday:
"Detectives have determined that the other driver in Shia’s bust-up Sunday morning ran a red light, and that person is responsible for the crash, not LaBeouf. "He was not at fault."
Shia got lucky. Cops did not do a Breathalyzer on Shia at the scene of the accident, but said he appeared intoxicated. If blood wasn’t taken at the hospital to determine Shia’s alcohol level, his attorney could argue Shia was stunned by the roll-over accident, and that’s why he “appeared intoxicated.” LUCKY!

LOL. what a load of bullcrap. I bet there’s more to it than meets the ears (from the police). But then again, it’s a perk of being an actor/actress until you get in as much trouble as Paris or Lindsay.
