Shia Labeouf was informed in a Chicago court room today that Walgreens does not want to press charges against him for refusing to leave, and appearing drunk, resulting in his arrest. Shia’s attorney said "happy to put this behind him and get back to work ." Bad boys bad boys, what ya gonna do, what ya gonna do when they come for you? Shia is back on the street.
