Sharon Stone Says China Earthquake was Karma
Posted on May 26, 2008 at 12:01 pm (PST)Sharon Stone was at the Cannes Film Festival, and someone put a microphone in front of her mouth, and well, she just started spewing out moronic nonsense like she usually does. She’s been flashing her body parts, but that hasn’t got her very much attention, so she tried making offensive political statements. Sharon said:
Well you know it was very interesting because at first, you know, I am not happy about the ways the Chinese were treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And so I have been very concerned about how to think and what to do about that because I don’t like that.
And I had been this, you know, concerned about, oh how should we deal with the Olympics because they are not being nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine.
And all these earthquake and stuff happened and I thought: IS THAT KARMA? When you are not nice that bad things happen to you.
And then I got a letter, from the Tibetan Foundations that they want to go and be helpful. And that made me cry. And they ask me if I would write a quote about that and I said I would. And it was a big lesson to me, that some times you have to learn to put your head down and be of service even to people who are not nice to you. And that’s a big lesson for me …
Tens of thousands of people died in the China earthquake, many of those who died were children in school at the time the quake hit. Sharon has been condemned by the Asian media. Western media should do the same, because it makes us all look bad.
This is why celebrities should just read what other people write for them.

this animal, not only insulted us as human beings, but insulted the spirits of those innocent people who died from this terrible earthquake, & 911 and Katrina as well. May the same happen to her so that she could realize and feel the pain. goshhhhhhhhhh. no brain or mercy at all !

Following the same logic of Ms. Stone, I wonder what kind of role karma played when the US was stroke on 9/11 and then the disastrous Katrina. On a personal note, was it Karma that Ms. Stone suffered from ruptured brain aneurysm in 2001? We don’t ask you to be knowledgeable about anything that concerns China, its religion and its people. We don’t even ask you to have common sense. We just ask you to be HUMAN, during a immensely human tragedy following the natural disaster. If you do believe in karma, do belive that more than 67000 (and counting) dead soul would curse you altogether. That’s pretty strong karma and that’s a BIG lesson for you.

Sharon Stone, reportedly someone with high IQ, once again is using certain private parts, but not her brain, to think.
Blondie, there are other ways to improve popularity.
As for the Dalai Lama, being a “spiritual leader and supposedly one with a BIG heart…hee hee”, should perhaps encourage others to reach out and lend a helping hand to those in need.

First, as a Chinese, I want to thank all of you who show your support and sympathy for the people who are affected by the earthquake.
Sharon, You are an IDIOT cuz you don’t know the people who died are innocent, you don’t know the people who lost their children have nothing to do with how to treat Dalai lama and you don’t know how sad it is when lots of chidren were buried while they were studying in the classroom.
I don’t like Chinese government either. But this time, they did a right thing to try to save every life as quickly as they can.
I cry everyday when I get up to watch all the news about how many people died and how they died. Then I heard what you said….speechless!

Soon after Sharon Stone made the KARMA speech, more than millions of people in China start to take actions to against her. Dior has receives millions of emails and phone calls. On May27 Dior PR had a public speech, Dior has nothing to do with Sharon Stone’s personal opinion about the Chinese earthquake and thinking about replacing her as a representative for Dior.

What a ignorant woman. Her remark is simple too stupid to comment about. According to her logic, the Katrina is karma too? What if she gets cancer, will that be a cancer too? Rediculous!!!

I’m also a Vancouverite, Jamie. Please don’t ever again ask for apology from that cold-blooded. I don’t want those 60,000 souls get disturbed.
