
Seth Rogen Losing Weight For Health

Seth Rogen has been losing weight and getting in shape for his role in the upcoming movie the Green Hornet. Rogen realized while filming Observe and Report in Albuquerque, New Mexico that he was really out of shape. Rogen said:
"I’m somebody who can barely breathe in Los Angeles, which is at sea level. I can’t walk up a flight of stairs. Albuquerque is at an elevation of about two miles and the air is very thin. There were some big action scenes. Every day it felt as if I were climbing Everest. So the stunts were really hard, much harder than they should have been. I realized if I was going to make Green Hornet I needed to lose weight."
"Aside from how the character is supposed to look, I couldn’t physically make the movie in the shape I was in. It would have literally killed me."
B-12, preferably sublingual, helps build more red blood cells, which helps athletes carry more oxygen to their muscles during strenuous activity, so Rogen should consider taking vitamins, especially B-12.
As an actor we think Rogen is great, and think it’s really great he’s getting into shape. Our favorite tool for staying keeping the weight off, and endurance up, is the treadmill.

I am happy for him and for fat people everywhere. Seth Rogan has ruined the stereotype that fat people are funny causing mass confusion throughout the world. I look forward to a skinny, non-funny Seth Rogan in the near future.
