Selena Gomez To Record an Album
Selena Gomez is being called the next Miley Cyrus, but she doesn’t like to be compared directly to Miley. Selena talked about recording an album later this year:
“I think it’s an honor, it’s a good compliment, but I think I might want to take a different route when it comes to that. I love acting and that’s my passion. So I would love to do more movies and some serious things like that. So maybe a different road with me.”
Selena plans on being part of a band later this year, not a solo singer, like Miley is. That’s great, but hopefully she’ll play the lead when she does a movie.
