Back when Sean Preston and Jayden James had pink eye, Life&Style snapped some pictures of them with daddy Kevin Federline, and grandma. In this family growing up is hard to do. Is it just me, or does Jayden look developmentally slow?

I’ve been thinking the same thing for quite some time. Jayden’s a little slow.
Looks like pinkeye to me! poor child, and its contagious too! and he really needs to go to the doctor and get it treated.Wish him and his brother well.
