Sean Penn was charged with vandalism and criminal battery earlier today after he kicked a paparazzo, and broke his camera.
The crime happened in October of 2009 in Brentwood, California.
Although the crimes carry a maximum of 1.5 years in jail, I believe Penn will the same punishment as Kanye West. The charges against Kanye were dropped after he paid a civil settlement.
Who should go to jail here, Penn or the paparazzo?
