Seacrest Blames Cowell For Sagging ‘Idol’ Ratings

Ryan Seacrest is pointing the finger (no- not that finger) at Simon Cowell for American Idol‘s sluggish ratings this season. The metrosexual host may have opened up a little too much about his co-worker:

"Clearly there’s an over-saturation of his character."

Seacrest quickly tried to atone for his gaffe, spouting some nonsense about how great the chemistry is on the show, blah, blah, blah… But he can’t take back what he said. Now he must prepare for the wrath of Cowell, which is somewhere between The Wrath Of Khan and The Grapes Of Wrath.
