Scott Ruffalo Has Died

Scott Ruffalo (39), the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo (41), was removed from life support and pronounced dead shortly after 10 p.m. Monday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Scott Ruffalo, a hairstylist, was found with a gunshot wound to the head in Beverly Hills on December 1. Police haven’t discussed a motive.

Shaha Mishaal Adham (27) (below right), who was initially booked on attempted murder of Scott, has now had that charge upgraded to murder.

Brian Scofield (25) (below left) is believed to also be a suspect, although his involvement has not yet been revealed.

Whoever is responsible for this senseless murder should get the death penalty. Unfortunately in California the death penalty only applies in two or more murders.
