Scott Ruffalo Death Ruled a Homicide
Scott Ruffalo (39), brother of Mark Ruffalo, died by a gunshot to the head. At first Shaha Mishaal Adham (27) (below right), and Brian Scofield (25) (below left), who both say they were there and witnessed Scott shoot himself in the head playing Russian roulette, were both cleared by police, then released from custody.
The coroner has now completed examination of Scott’s wound, and has determined the cause of death:
"The entry wound is located at the top of the head at the frontoparietal scalp," and rules it a homicide.
Looks like police will need to talk to the witnesses again. Will they still be able to keep their stories consistent?
