Sarah Palin Email Hacker Will Not Be Charged for Crime
Admitted hacker David Kernell broke into Sarah Palin’s personal Yahoo email account, and posted those private messages on the Internet. David, who is the son of Democratic Tennessee state representative Mike Kernell, will get away with his federal crime against a United States Governor, since the grand jury has decided not to charge him with the crime he admits to committing. Federal authorities are ramping up an investigation of a 20-year-old college student for allegedly hacking into Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s e-mail account.
The FBI searched the apartment of hacker David Kernell on Sunday morning, and three of Kernell’s roommates could testify this week about the case before a grand jury in Chattanooga, according to local news reports.
After it was discovered that the Republican vice presidential candidate’s personal Yahoo e-mail account was hacked into, reports began circulating that the hack could be traced back to Kernell, a University of Tennessee student and son of Democratic Tennessee state representative Mike Kernell.
Witnesses told a local television station that the FBI served a search warrant at Kernell’s Knoxville, Tenn., apartment early Sunday morning, interrupting a party, and spent more than an hour taking pictures of the apartment. Kernell’s three roommates were subpoenaed to testify this week, a witness also said.
The hacker gained access to Palin’s account by guessing certain personal details about the governor’s life and then resetting her password to "popcorn." ZIP files with content from Palin’s account were posted on the Internet.
Laura Sweeney, a Justice Department public-affairs specialist, confirmed that there was investigatory activity relating to the Palin hack in Knoxville over the weekend but said no criminal charges have been filed against anyone.
David is over 18 years-old, and he should have to answer for his crime like all other United States citizens who break the law. Daddy must be proud of his Sarah hating son.
More should follow this guy’s lead to expose troopergate. Palin and the reps have abused the system to effectively bar any further investigations into her acts. So it’s up to heroes like this guy to get the truth to America.

That trooper was a criminal cop. He tasered his own 10 year-old son, and broke several laws he was disciplined for, but kept from jail by his boss. Unlike Bill Clinton, Palin was honest about everything, but the democrats there are trying to do their part to create controversy because they can’t stand to see an honest woman break their criminal hold on government.

Sure he broke the law by hacking into her private email accounts. And yes, he probably should be punished. However, stop being a hypocrite, and if you are going to call for the incarceration of one person with political ties who breaks the law, call for them all. There are several people connected to the current administration that should be spending time taking it up Hershey Highway in a cold cement room, but they are not. In fact, Cheney and Bush both should probably be in jail for the lies and half-truths they have spouted since taking charge of this country. If nothing else, we could get Cheney for war profiteering, after all he made lots of bucks off of the (unfulfilled) reconstruction contracts in Iraq. And Bush could be impeached for his drastic mishandling of FEMA in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

I realize your attention deficit disorder prevents you from focusing on the criminal discussed in this story, but if you want to talk about Presidents who should go to jail, let’s talk about Bill Clinton. He committed perjury, and he’s a lawyer so he can’t be excused. He got sued for sexual harassment, lost, and had to pay out almost a million dollars in that lawsuit while he was in office as President. A total embarrassment for the entire country. He was getting sucked off in the Oval office of the White House, and he is married, and Hillary already covered for him when he was trying to get elected. She even did a TV interview with him, and yet he embarrassed her again. … There’s White Water, and a lot more, but Bill didn’t go to jail, because President George W. Bush pardoned all of Clinton’s crimes when he took office. You have a lot to thank Bush for, especially since he save Clinton’s butt so you can worship him outside a jail cell.
