Robert Pattinson posed for an upcoming edition of Dossier magazine. We can’t say he looks good.
Dirty finger nails, uncombed and unwashed greasy hair, unshaven, bushy arm pits. Pattinson probably didn’t take a shower at all.
Smoking sets a bad example. Shame on you Robert.

Perhaps the photographer was going for a “bad-boy” image. Hence, the cigarette and the un-kept look. It worked. It’s called “art”.
why do you ppl have to keep hating on him? do his fingernails look dirty in the picture? i didn’t think so! and why would any guy want to shave their armpits? now that’s gross! plus his hair does NOT look greasy in the picture! it styled and gelled backwards! the only reason people try to find faults in someone else is because they are CLOSE TO PERFECT!! (note that i didn’t say perfect because nobody’s perfect) so stop hating on him.

Aside from the fact that he played in a movie based on a failed attempt at a vampire/romance novel…His hair always looks that way, so there is no stylist at work. He also always looks like he hasn’t taken a shower in weeks. I think he got an ego trip now that all the preteen girls are screaming after him for playing the ‘glampire’. I’ll end now before I’m forced to use profanity as I always am when talking about him.
i think he looks pretty sexy if you ask me. Who cares if he has a “cancerstick” in his mouth! i couldn’t reject him if i had the chance to be with him! you think just because he’s an actor everything is all so wrong about him! Sorry, hate it but no one can be perfect, EXCEPT for ROBERT PATTINSON! My sister Jessica thinks so to, so bounce!!!

Can’t really say this is when he’s looked his worse, but the cigarette doesn’t help him any.
Of course, nothing could really help him.
He always looks dirty. But he’s still nice to look at MINUS the cancer stick. That’s always gross.
Anyway he’s still ok.He has his own style…and that’s kind of cool.Enough with perfect faces,perfect haircut,make-up and clothing….and of course posing.He is …original.Not fitting in the media’s desires but I like it.Of course I would like to see him in all those perfect lines but can’t say he is disgusting or something.Just cool.
it’s a photo shoot. his hair is styled, you can see the product in it. he’s not the stylist, he doesn’t chose the hairstyle, clothing or pose. bushy armpits?! what do men’s armpits normally look like??
Bushy, unshaven arm pits? What kind of man shaves his pits?
He could use a trim, not a shave. A little grooming, like a haircut for the pits.
