Protester Tries to Citizen Arrest Karl Rove for Treason
In San Francisco, a protestor attempted to do a citizen’s arrest of Karl Rove while he debated George Mitchell onstage. The protestor walked up to Rove, and tried to slap the other side of a handcuff on Rove, but was led away by security.
What a NUT!
A judge, who commented on the craziness said:
"A citizen must have observed the crime of the person she is trying to citizen arrest. Treason doesn’t even remotely fall within the category of a citizen arrest. This was an assault by the protester, and she should be prosecuted for it."
