Pierce Brosnan Gets Sued

After a paparazzi Pierce Brosnan got into an altercation with discovered that Pierce would not be charged with assault he decided to sue him. The paparzzi claims assult and battery. In the lawsuit, the paparazzi Robert Rosen, claims that Brosnan "punched, hit, struck, and attacked" him in the tiff on Oct. 26, and that the alleged attack was "excessive, unlawful, malicious," etc., causing him to "lose earnings in the future. The suit seeks undisclosed damages for the assault and battery, and for negligence. In a statement, Rosen’s lawyer calls Brosnan "out of control." Sounds like the paparazzi wants revenge, and although their presence may be annoying it isn’t unlawful, so I don’t blame the guy for wanted compensation and a little revenge. Maybe he’d settle for just punching Pierce the way he got punched. Nah, not the pretty face, maybe the balls.
