Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Dempsey Have Twins

Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Dempsey are the proud new parents of twin baby boys.

"Patrick and Jillian Dempsey have welcomed twin boys this afternoon," The actor’s rep confirms. "Their names are Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. The family is doing great."

In September when Dempsey announced that he and his wife were expecting, the 41-year-old actor told the New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher column, "Me and my wife, Jillian, are very excited to expand our family."

The couple have been married since 1999 and also have a five-year-old daughter, Tallulah Fyfe.

First Diddy, and now the Dempseys. I hope they get the kids together to play for a photo op. That would be totally cute.
