Paris Hilton and wannabe Kim Kardashian visit Royal North Shore Childrens Hospital in Sydney on December 29, 2006. What do you think these two are more concerned about: the sick kids, or getting their picture taken with sick kids? This is a sick attempt for attention. Next time just donate some money Paris.
