You don’t have to have herpes to get valtrex. You can have shingles and that is not an STD. Also Paris is not her real first name, so I doubt that this precription is true.

Some people choose to treat their herpes outbreaks as they happen and that is why only 5 tabs and no refill, She would just call her doctor when next outbreak and get another presciption for 5 tabs OR perhaps that was her last refill on that perticular script.

Hey..if its valtrex..its herpes…whether its genital or oral..Done deal.That last post sounds like from someone in denial that they have it too.

Not necessarily that this is for genital herpes. Only 5 tabs with no refills? It may have only been for cold sores.
